Wow, talk about rude and snappy TSA agents. I’ve never been spoken to or treated the way I was yesterday. I have a wrist wallet and forgot about it after putting my electronics in a tray and instead of just informing me, the agent yelled at me, was very sarcastic and said “I don’t know where you think you’re going with that wallet” and her attitude took me aback. I thought she was joking. I apologized, said I forgot and put it in my tray. She stared at me deadpan and I just laughed at the situation and went to stand in line. I saw her go over and talk to another agent and sure enough when I went through the machine, I was selected to be searched, but only in my crotch area, in the middle of everyone. So ridiculous. How is this okay?
2/1/25 - Midway Airport location - we had a short layover before our next flight and decided on the Billy Goat Tavern for breakfast. I ordered the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich on a Croissant. This was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Plenty of bacon and everything was fresh. This is definitely a stop on any of my trips going thru Midway. Thank you for the great food!!!

Can't beat a full stomach under 12 bucks. Got the Italian beef with sweet peppers, not much flavor in the sweet peppers, maybe try the hot.

Maybe the best airport food I’ve had. Solid burger and decent fries. Cashier was blunt but efficient.

Had an absolute great experience here for a great price. I never got so much food and all of it be the greatest and cheapest airport food I’ve ever got. Please support this place this place is very good and the only airport restaurant in the world worth stopping at!

Solid burger and fries at the airport. Customize it like you want and still comes out pretty fat. Friendly service. Reasonably priced considering it’s the airport.

Smelt it as we were walking by to our gate, double was reasonably priced & hot. Very tasty & loved the slight char to the edges. Will be making this a regular thing on our way home.

Hours on midway website and Billy goat claim they are open until 9pm on Tuesday. Denied service at 8:50 pm as “workers” told me they were closed.
This has become my go-to restaurant at Midway airport. Airports are always a place that soak you to the max, with restaurant prices bordering on the obscene. At the Billy Goat you can get good food at what for an airport is a very reasonable price. It's actually not a bad price outside the airport. My burger was very tasty. I got a double burger with cheese added lettuce, onion, and mayo. Added some fries. Entire damage was $12.77. try replicating that in any airport in America. I bet you can't do it.
Quick update. I hit the billy goat on my way back too. This time I tried the grilled chicken sandwich which was well seasoned and juicy. The last picture is of that meal.
If you don't want to spend a fortune on airport food definitely should be your go-to.
