We had their Ciabatta bread and it is simply wonderful. Unassuming in appearance, the taste is so much better than most other bread which may look similar. The proof of it's goodness is that even after a week in the refrigerator, even without toasting or heating in any way, it tastes damned good. I especially enjoy this bread with a piece of good swiss cheese, provolone, and perhaps with some hard salami (not a health food), and some crispy Cubanelle or Banana Green peppers.

I would like for it to be open to the public, I called to see if i would be able to get a few loafs of bread, and i was told, you only sell to stores. It would be nice, as you're the only bakery in the area.
