Came here for the wings because I’ve heard they were some of the best in the city, and I did really enjoy them. Got the birds nest sauce which is a fairly hot sauce, great taste. Fried mushrooms were some of the better ones I’ve had. Bar atmosphere is fantastic and service was good too.

First, credit where it’s due: our waitress was fantastic. Super friendly, attentive, and genuinely apologetic when things went wrong. She handled the situation professionally and was easily the highlight of the visit.

The buffalo wings themselves were amazing—great flavor, cooked well. That said, we ordered 10 wings each, which arrived together in one large basket. When we split them up, we realized we had only received 24 wings total. That’s confusing considering wings are ordered in increments of ten. It honestly makes you wonder how that even happens.

We brought it up to our waitress, who immediately alerted the manager/bartender (the one with the wing tattoo on the back of his neck). Unfortunately, this is where the experience really took a turn. He was extremely rude, never apologized once, and didn’t offer any explanation at all. The only thing he asked was whether we wanted the missing wings “for here or to go.” Since we were watching a basketball game, we said for here.

About ten minutes later, he came back, dropped the wings on the table without saying a single word, and walked away. No apology, no acknowledgment of the mistake, no explanation—nothing. The waitress later came back and apologized again, which only further highlighted how poorly the manager handled the situation.

Bottom line: the food is good and the waitstaff is great, but the management response was unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but refusing to apologize or communicate is a choice. Make sure you get what you pay for when you come here.

Went there for the wings. They were very good. Well cooked, crispy and a their house sauce is ok, with a bit of heat.

I also got the chicken sandwich and that was not good. The chicken was so tough even cutting it with a fork and knife was a challenge. My wife got the panini, and said the chicken on there was also very tough.

Service was excellent, although we did feel a little rushed at first becaus the waitress came by once a minute to ask if we were ready to order. Not really a problem, just an observation.

Will constantly bring this up as they still never made things right. Birds nest is racist as hell. I went with a large group, we were the only Hispanics there. The waitress constantly ignored us, I had to keep finding her to get more food/drinks, and then i tipped the normal 15% because although the service was awful I felt like that was enough. She then screams at my table for “stiffing” her and calls her manager to DEMAND a larger tip from us and then the MANAGER yells at us and tells us to never come back. Will never spend a dime there again. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my entire life with my family.

Ordered 40 wings for delivery. Was close to $100. 10 wings were incredible, honestly some of the best I’ve had, and 30 were dry and inedible. Didn’t make much sense.

Birds Nest is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Owner Brent is nice. Amazing bbq wings. Must come back. 10/10.

The ambiance feels uncomfortable and scary.
The neighborhood and world doesn't need alcohol to enjoy life. Alcoholics suffer and their families suffer.

Bird's Nest is the perfect laid-back spot for a casual bite and great drinks! The wings are a standout—crispy, flavorful, and available in a variety of sauces that make it hard to pick just one. Their pub grub menu is full of tasty options, from wraps to hearty salads, all prepared fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff is friendly, making it a great place to hang out with friends or unwind after a busy day. Highly recommend for anyone craving a fun, casual dining experience!
