We dined early on a Friday and the restaurant was a little empty but the owner was great in sharing stories on meal prep. I ordered a bowl of birria and my parents ordered the quesobirria tacos. I had my birria with hand made tortillas and they were delicious. The consume has a little kick so I didn't add any salsa or chile. My bowl was huge with a ton of birria.
