The food is good but I didn't like it. After 4 adults they charge a tip. It's a somewhat luxurious Jones taqueria. We were 3 adults and 2 children. They charged me more than 20 dollars as a tip for something that didn't appear on the receipt. José charges that separately if the owner is aware of it.

I asked the cashier for a few disposable plates because I spent 50 dollars on my order and she said there's a dollar store across the street where you can buy them very rude I had my family with me I will never go back there again the fly's don't even stop there two thumbs down

Terrible service from the waitresses (bad attitude as if they were giving you food), they give you your bill without a receipt because they charge you more and charge you 18% tip (abused by not leaving more on the table)
Pay with cash and they charge a commission as if you paid by card.

It was the most horrible experience I have ever had in a restaurant and the worst thing was that I was making a video of reviews for Jalisco restaurants in Chicago, the waitress was a very, very ugly person, I think she was the owner, oh something like that because she literally ran us out and it was all for asking about some birria quesadillas which he said they didn't sell that there, only quesabirrias was a real show

I came in the restaurant we sat down, and the waiters had us waiting for 10 minutes. There were no customers in here yet they still took long to attend us. I asked for a agua de jamaica, when I got my drink I took a sip and it had tasted like it had been sitting out for weeks. I call for a waiter I ask for a different drink and they took more than 8 minutes with no customers. I ordered a torta and the bread was very soggy. In the menu they said it came with beans, sour cream, lettuce, onion, and tomato, but I only got lettuce and tomato on one side of the torta.

It is the worst experience of a place to eat, the food is not very good, the prices are not what they have in sight, the attraction in front is a woman making tortillas by hand but if you eat those they charge you at an extra price, for takeout your family of 4 people only!!!, they charge you for service, plus 20% tip, it is a total theft and a totally Hispanic disappointment...? seriously look for more options there definitely nooooo
