The best in Birria in my opinion! Top quality, well served, rich in flavor. Highly recommend to get the consome in a cup as well! Very nutritional as a broth.
Came here with high hopes as I was highly recommended.
We got sat down pretty quickly but two parties arrived after us and their order was taken instantly. We got our order taken about 5-10 minutes after. The waitress took our order and we got our food. I feel like our food was waiting to be brought to our table because the birria was room temp and the tortillas on the tacos were room temp as well. The whole time we ate there the waitress NEVER CAME BACK. She didn’t even acknowledge us.
Been coming here for over 20 years. The best in Chicago
There are few places where you can go to eat Birria tacos and satisfy your desire for that special flavor. With a lifetime of being in Little Village, this restaurant is very special. Go and help yourself to your favorite dish, I recommend it! Go hungry and your family or friends…..?????

WARNING: Staff are mainly Spanish speakers and so my SO had to be the translator while I nodded politely.
Amazing birrias and lengua tacos (if I had to choose between the two, the birrias was better). Dipped with an equally amazing consomé that were spiced with dry chili peppers, this was an amazing restaurant that I would love to come back to.
Service was immaculate and we were tended to quite often, the waitress was very nice and it was an overall grand ole time eating great Mexican food.
The atmosphere is quite cute, nothing unique but it has the charm of a mom-pop, local business that has been a part of the neighborhood for a long time.
Also dirt cheap compared to the ‘trendier’ taco joints around Chicago. Would definitely come again (with a Spanish speaker or after I take some more Duolingo classes).

TERRIBLE SERVICE ☹️??
look for new waitresses?
I would rate the food but the waitresses didn't wait for me to give it a chance.
We arrived (group of 5) and were seated at the only table available to us which was dirty and unswept. It took 15 minutes for someone to come clean and serve us. The waitress spoke to us rudely and told us to wait because someone else would take our order. Very well, we understand; They are busy we wait. On the other side of the place, the same waitress who served us was taking the order from a man who had just entered and supposedly it was someone else who took the order. Hungry and tired of waiting more than 20 minutes to be served ? we woke up disappointed.
A good friend recommended us for the place, unfortunately we won't do it ?

Great place for a Chivo/Goat Birria and their tacos are also very good. This place is amazing.
To taste a delicious birria and consume there is variety, there is only no parking but that is the least important thing when you try their delicious birria
