We had dinner here and absolutely loved it. The space itself is very cozy and has a rustic vibe. I liked how the space is laid out as it's a series of different rooms rather than one large open space. There is a really cute patio area too, but it was closed due to weather. The service was very friendly. Our server was awesome, knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive. We started with cocktails then got a bottle of wine, which we loved. The wine selection has a little bit of everything. The food was fantastic. We each started with the french onion soup, which was perfect. We split a house salad, the steak frites, and the whitefish dish. All of it was so delicious, well flavored, and perfectly cooked. I'd definitely recommend this place and we look forward to returning.

As part of a special occasion, we decided to try Bistro Campagne for dinner. We started with the Steak Tartare and French Onion Soup, both of which were pretty good. I ordered the Truite Amandine with the Gratin de Macaroni and Pleurotes, and everything I had tasted good. Unfortunately, others in my group were less impressed with their meals. On top of that, the service fell short of expectations for a restaurant at this level, as our server was not very attentive. Overall, it was a mixed experience. It was not negative, but it was not as memorable as we had hoped.

Pretty sure my wife got food poisoning. Service was awful. Had a reservation for 5:30 for a play at 7:00. Barely made it despite their warning that tables have a :90 min limit
TLDR: Food took too long and got us sick

First and last. The trout is a work of art! Perfect crispy skin with the sauce and capers. Just stunning. Their classic chicken dish was also perfectly prepared. The restaurant is modest and quaint in the best way. Service was outstanding to the point of answering questions about what we should get before we could ask, so to speak. We cannot wait to go back!

I’ve been going there for over 20 years and certainly is the best French restaurant in the city. Far better than Le Bouchon amd better value and food and much less expensive than it’s sister restaurant Obélix

Took my mom here for her birthday. The staff was very helpful and the food was delicious. The cassoulet was one of the best I've ever had.

I have been here before several years ago and thought the food was amazing. Im not sure if they switched chefs but is is definitely lacking. I ordered the Salmon and it was bland and my boyfriend ordered the steak frites, he said the steak was bland and the sauce too rich. The best part of the meal was the bread and the french onion soup was okay. We also ordered mac and cheese which was “soupy”. The service was good and the ambience is always pretty and intimate. I won’t be coming back unfortunately for the price the quality is not there.
