By far the laziest and rudest staff I deal with on a daily basis. Tech at store does not work, employees actively ignore customers while walking back and forth on their phone. Orders regularly inaccurate or not made or not available. Come here as a delivery person for others so it's not my choice to return, but by far the most defunct business I've dealt with ever.

So I placed an order via the Capriotti’s website to pick up at River West food co at 1025am. I get there and they say they never got the order. The guy up front was super helpful in figuring it out. Even after showing them the screenshot and everything, I just charged it to computer error. It’s like they accepted the order but the Capriotti’s portion of this place wasn’t open yet so that left me empty handed. Upon leaving the store, an hour later, I got a text saying my order was canceled because they couldn’t fulfill it. While I was there I just reordered again and the food was decent. Won’t return though.
Also, for anyone getting delivery from here, be advised. There’s a large amount of delivery drivers that just hang out on that street under the viaduct in their cars and wait for orders. On 7/12 around 11am I saw a driver retrieve an order from the box and then use the bathroom that is right next to the exit. He took the food order in there as well. Food bag didn’t look opened but he was in the bathroom for at least 7minutes.

Whoever the black woman is on that first shift needs an attitude adjustment. Do they not even train customer service anymore? 😂 Also since this is a ghost kitchen, majority of orders get stolen because no one is there to actually confirm.
