BiXi Beer Reviews
Literally one of the best burgers I have ever eaten!
Delicious food, unusual beers and cocktails, and beautiful decor. The kolsch, crepe and Rangoon Royale were especially good.
My husband and I visited this brewery for this 30th birthday. Not only did it take over an hour for our food to be delivered, my order was brought to the table incorrectly the first time. & there were a lot of disappointing menu options. There cherry saison might be the worst beer I’ve ever tasted and the lamb cumin soup had wayyy too much cumin. No one apologized for the poor service despite the lack of cliental. Will not be visiting again

BiXi Beer offers a lively dining experience with a mix of Asian fusion and innovative dishes. The restaurant features a beautiful space with an airy, open atmosphere upstairs and a cozy, dimly lit lounge downstairs. The environment is especially vibrant in the summer, resembling a bright greenhouse brewery vibe. The indoor seating provides a comfortable setting for guests, while the rooftop area is less suitable for small children. The food menu includes popular items like the Yuzu Kosho Caesar Salad, Pork Char SIU Baos, and Togarashi Smash Burger, all praised for their phenomenal taste. Recent visitors enjoyed dishes such as garlic scallion noodles, gochugaru fries fried in beef fat and topped with a sweet and spicy Korean seasoning, and pad see ew. The dim sum brunch was also a highlight, featuring lemon shrimp toast, pork and shrimp shumai with caviar, mizu roll with refreshing herbal qualities and crunch, fatty tuna nigiri, and an amazing cinnamon roll to go. The restaurant also serves excellent cocktails, including Stars Aligned and Thai 75, along with Thai iced coffees. The service is highly praised, with staff providing excellent attention. Overall, BiXi Beer is a highly recommended spot for a fun, flavorful, and unique Asian fusion experience. The place is also known for its in-house beer, bread, and buns, adding to the innovative vibe. Customers have enjoyed the cucumber salad, tofu bahn mi, burger, and desserts, all crafted with care. The gochugaru fries and fried chicken sando are especially recommended. Drinks are great and well-balanced, with barely any taste of alcohol. However, some visitors noted that the sushi, such as the mizu sushi, took a long time to arrive and was not visually appealing, with uneven cuts and rushed presentation. The coffee has also been reported to contain grounds, indicating some quality control issues. Despite these minor setbacks, many find the restaurant beautiful and plan to return, especially for the dim sum, which has been described as exceptional. Overall, BiXi Beer remains a charming and delicious destination for those seeking a lively Asian fusion experience.
