Food (lamb shank) and wine (Juan Gil) were amazing. Shocked at the value too. Don't let this small place fool you. It's definitely worth a stop. We will be back.

Stumbled upon this restaurant after shopping and boy were we not disappointed!!! The tajine was immaculate, the platter was insane!! Cocktails 10/10, the service was fantastic. Can’t say enough good things about this gem. Plus the cheesecake, couldn’t pass it up!! So well done

I don't know why I hadn't eaten at this restaurant yet but decided to give it a try when I had friends in from out of town. Everything was excellent. Our server Dorian was friendly, attentive but not invasive, and gave great recommendations for appetizers and wine. The space is small and cozy. Cocktails were top notch and all the food we ordered was well-prepared and presented. On Dorian's recommendation we tried the Zucchini pancakes appetizer and it didn't disappoint. Though Black & Caspian has the chops to be pretentious, it isn't, and that's why I'll definitely be back!

This is really a neighborhood gem. The food is delicious. We have had salmon, lamb chops, lamb shanks and duck breast and orange crème brulée. This is our new go to restaurant. Dory and Tony are great waiters. The bartender came over to ask how my martinis were. You will not be disappointed.

The owner Rudi was hostile and nice, help us with menu to choose, mussels and soy soup was fantastic and tasty, as the lamb as well. Recommend it

I’ve had a great experience.
All kebabs are excellent, tom yam is one my favorites. And desserts have a special place in my heart!

Had been for dinner and had a ball, then saw that they started brunch so went and had another ball. Love the food, the drinks, the atmosphere, the service - everything was lovely and I’m glad they’re in the neighborhood because we will be going again.

We were so excited to try Black & Caspian. We had heard so many great things about it from friends and finally made a reservation. We were warmly greeted when we came in, and Jack our waiter was super friendly and attentive. My fiancé got the grilled salmon and I got the grilled meat plate. Both were incredible, and we spent the night sharing bites and laughs over a wonderful dinner. Can’t wait to come back!

We just moved into the neighborhood and decided to give Black & Caspian a try. Jack was an excellent server and recommended wine, apps, and entrees that were all amazing. If you like octopus, I highly recommend! Outside in summer is a great vibe and we are excited to cozy up inside for wine and cheese during the colder months. Can’t wait to come back!
