The food here was fine, our server was very friendly. Everything was ok, but for the price range, I just don’t really get the hype. I paid more to eat here than I did at Girl and the Goat which had significantly better food.

We ordered the sea food black bean Paella it was super salty. We also ordered the chicken thighs which was still pink inside (under cooked) in my opinion. Our options were limited because we do not eat pork.

Amazing little Spanish cocktail bar. Well executed drinks on an exquisitely curated menu. Staff is great too! Natalie, Sarah, Matt, and Moses took care of us at the bar, and they were all friendly, happy, knowledgeable, and generally just fun to be around. 10/10 will be back.

I love this restaurant! They provide superb meals, their menu is decent, The cook in that place is an expert, I like a lot tasting all their dishes. The dishes are always good, the attitude towards the clients is friendly. I frequently visit this restaurant and I was never discontended. I recommend this place.

Third-floor private event space (Botanico) is exotically decorated, with a large front room, smaller back room with couches and hide area rugs, coat rack. The food is very good; outstanding gazpacho, burgers and vegetarian cheese croquettes, The paella has a stunning presentation. Nice staff.

Black bull is an excellent place for a first date because it’s an exceptional on everything. Hi-End Spanish cuisine with high quality ingredients and excellent prepared as well. Cocktails and mocktails are superb and reasonable prices. Superb services and knowledge about everything in the menu. Interior details and exceptional background music. Perfect finish with dessert and Spanish sherry wine. Don't forget to check out the restroom downstairs. It's more like the escape room to me. Love it

Attended dinner at Black Bull with friends, this Wicker Park restaurant is know for tapas. A variety of the main tapas dinner items tasted over processed and salty. Also buyer beware that the squid dish has very dark black ink which will stain clothes or fingers easily. Definitely no regrets on the red sangria pitcher, guess it’s always 5 o’clock somewhere.
