Sandwiches were alright. Meat was very dry. Sauces sounded good. Wish they would have put a good amount on there.

Ordered the Brisket Platter with a side of Mac & Cheese, everything tasted great! Portions were a bit small for the price but I will definitely be back to try more!

Only ordered a pulled pork sandwich. It was a little dry. Next time will try the sausage. Great service in any event.

Sad to say that I didn't even enter this place because they didn't serve any ribtips! What real BBQ establishment doesn't have ribtips?? Big disappointment..

The inside looks nice, but the moment you speak to the meat cutter it all falls apart. The blackwood on lake, if you ask for Brisket will ask you what part you like, the guy who cuts on Adams doesn't and gets an attitude if you make a request, i.e. I like mine for fatty. He argues with people, and the last time I went he was arguing with his coworker and supervisor. His language is profane and his attitude sucks. Visit the one on Lake, they have better service and attitude. Although the meat it good ( could care less for the sides) everything is let down by the mismanagement and bad customer service.

I came here for lunch with some coworkers and had a good time. I ordered the pulled pork platter and the beans with brisket. Both the platter and the side were.... Warm, not really hot. That being said, the pork was very juicy and came apart easily and the beans were soft and had good texture. I think if the pork was hotter it would be better. I had it with the Chicago BBQ sauce and it was very good. Pickles were amazing and was the surprise of the platter, the Cole slaw was rather unspectacular. I would come back though, I did enjoy the low wait time and the BBQ was good.

Hospitable folks and good food here…!!They ran out of brisket which was supposed to be my first pick.Tried pulled pork instead(which was pretty good) and all the sides were great (beans, elotes , cornbread, Mac and cheese)- I’m not a big fan of Mac and cheese maybe that’s I didn’t like it that much.Competitively prices as well.
