Thank you Blackwoods Catering for catering the rehearsal dinner and appetizers for my daughter's wedding. The food was fantastic. The taco bar was perfect and the dessert to die for. We visited Blackwood BBQ at the Mart yesterday and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, but the staff were incredible. My brother is deaf, and Darnell and Demetrius were patient and helpful, communicating with him directly rather than looking to me for help communicating with him. This seems like a small gesture, but it's a really big deal for us and we appreciated their kindness.
Why would you go a chain? They are the same everywhere. Blackwood is a unique dining experience. Every entree and side is unique and delicious and the service is fast and friendly. The brisket, barbecue, beans, potato salad, mac and cheese, and unique sauces here are special. The prices are reasonable.
