I’m on a mission to try all “healthy” bowl options in the loop so I tried their smokehouse harvest bowl. Good flavors! I think the portion was a bit too small, which is good for someone trying to keep it light, but not great comparing with sweetgreen bowls (about the same price). Great experience ordering online for pickup.

Horrible. Gave us the wrong food, the food we did get was bad. Photo speaks for itself- why did we order right at open and pick up immediately and STILL had cold food? Ordered the pulled pork, beef brisket, and chicken tacos. All dry, flavorless, cold, and packages so excessively it is like they threw their leftovers in random boxes. The mac and cornbread sides were average.

Parking: Not too far from the hotels in the area.

Kid-friendliness: Yes

Wheelchair accessibility: No issues with wheelchair accessibility because the place is on ground level. The chairs can be moved for the wheelchair.

If you go here after 2:00 pm they are a little surly and the cornbread is hard on the bottom.

I'm usually never disappointed I Had the same sandwich a few times at there other location we just so happen to stop at this location we paid almost 30$ for old gym shoe tasting "burnt end" sandwich with a corn muffin and very taste less mac n cheese I usually stop at there Illinois center location or north west location I guess because its smaller the food comes freshly made we both were highly upset we maybe came at a bad time we we're so upset we couldn't get are favorite cheat day meal ? we'll try again next week at are usual spot hopefully they'll redeem themselves.

It’s always interesting to see what is considered good BBQ in different parts of the country. This place ain’t it. I tried a Burnt Ends sandwich. The burnt ends were clearly just some reheated leftovers, and weren’t properly cooked the first time. Dried out, chewy texture. If I hadn’t paid close to $27 for the sandwich, 2 sides and a drink I’d probably just throw it in the trash where it belongs. TX and the South has truly spoiled me on what good BBQ is. I think I’ll stick to Italian beef and pizza on future visits.

The pork and Chicago BBQ sauce were delicious. The Mac n cheese needed salt or to add BBQ as well ?

The food was good! Sadly everything else was just not there. Wouldn't recommend only for the lack of hospitality.

Best BBQ in the area. They used to have a killer breakfast also. You need to bring that back! You couldn't beat it for the money.

Literally terrible service. They only have 1 person working on a weekday during lunch and when I asked for a salad they only gave me lettuce with zero toppings. This was my first time here and I thought the salad came with the listed toppings. Apparently if you order the salad they only give you lettuce. I had brisket on only lettuce. Zero dressing, zero toppings, zero bbq sauce. It was pitiful. Good barbecue, horrible service.

I chose to get the sampler platter. Ribs were not the best, however the brisket and pulled pork made up for it. Mac and cheese was TOP NOTCH. For sure one of the better barbecue meals I’ve had in a while.

The food is okay, but you can spend $25 and still leave hungry. The Mac and cheese side is barely larger than the size of the sauce.
