I’d highly recommend ordering ahead because I was at the front of the line for 20 mins and they were clearly giving priority to online orders (even if the ticket got printed after I was already in the store).

Vastly overpriced for what you get. It's a novelty experience to see them prepare and bake a pizza for you, but once you've seen it there's no real draw to come here versus getting a real pizza somewhere else for less money.I went around 9:30 p.m. and service was poor. I stood at the counter for over five minutes before one of the three employees acknowledged my presence (I was the only one waiting to place an order).

For a quick wood fired pizza, it was worth the stop. Not quite the traditional Chicago-style pizza, but definitely acceptable if only to satisfy a sudden urge for pizza when exploring downtown Chicago.

Grumpy employees, but good pizza. We share 3 individual pizzas with 4 people. More than enough food. Gluten free options available. The pesto on the pizza was very good.

The manager Marissa at this location is honestly super rude. Now, I am a customer service worker as well so I understand frustration with customers / busy days during work. But there's absolutely no reason to treat hungry customers poorly just because you're swamped. If the website says you guys close at 9 and I drive here and come in before 8:30 and you turn me away..when the doors are OPEN and people are in line, there's a problem. Bad managerial decision. Hopefully she can be kinder because I did nothing wrong and neither did the people coming in a full half hour before closing. Also I'm aware that there's other pizza/food locations, but as a person who doesn't eat dairy, I was looking forward to having a vegan pizza. So basically, don't come here if it's the last hour before they close.

This BLAZE location is across the street from the hotel we stay in when my son has surgery & it's Always Been a Pleasure to order and dine here! The staff is SUPER friendly & Sassy - the food always comes packaged like it's Christmas Morning :) I love the GF crust & almost always order the same style of pizza: spicy red sauce, jalapeños, banana peppers, ghost pepper chicken meatball crumbles, red onion, black olives, goat cheese, and smoked ham -DIVINE My son chose Classic pepperoni pizza - He Loved It My mother got a CYO: garlic pesto sauce, fresh mozzarella & shredded mozzarella, spinach, black olives, mushrooms, red onion, & grilled chicken. As apps, we had a large Caesar salad (crisp & savory dressing) and a Caprese salad (mozzarella was fresh and firm). For dessert (we like to indulge) we shared a chocolate chip cookie w/sea salt & a chocolate brownie. Both were Yummy. Blaze Pizza will continue to be a Family Favorite for a Long Time!!!

I've been ordering from this location for the last month and the last two times have been horrible. Tonight I ordered extra mozzarella (not the shredded) and didn't get that or any sauce! They are typically good but in the last two weeks beyond disappointing. Staff when you call for pickup are NOT friendly at all.

Don't even think about ordering delivery. The will wait an hour and a half to tell you postdates won't deliver it for them and if you want - you can complain to postdates even though you never used postdates and booked the order on their website. What a worthless experience.
If I had ordered online, I'd be wondering why I tasted garlic on just one bite. But seeing her make it in the store, I don't have to wonder: She just dipped her finger in it, and flicked the garlic on what seemed to be a single piece, then moved on without a second thought. Same for every other ingredient. I realize it's not the most inspiring job to do day in and day out, but I've seen subway workers --as a matter of fact, all subway workers did a better job layering toppings on a sandwich than she did on this pizza. It gets three stars because it's still a tasty pizza and I'm a big fan of Blaze Pizza in Toronto.

We are staying nearby and stopped for a quick dinner. The staff was friendly and explained the menu. It’s like a Chipotle for pizza. I went with the chicken bbq pizza and it was crispy and delicious! They offer half pizzas, combos, and accommodate to different diets. Glad we stopped in. Yum!
