The bbq chicken was great! Unfortunately my.kids order didnt arrive with fries and the seafood boil areived without corn or potatoes. They just sent a bag of salty shrimp. Super disappointed.

Blend is great…until it isn’t. Today it was pretty bad. This is that burnt piece of a cast iron skillet, pan, or flat top that’s found in the burger…. Likely on top of the burger, in between the Philly steak toppings and burger. Biting into it was not pleasant. My tooth cracked. I wish I hadn’t spent $30 bucks. I loved their burgers before this experience.

went and ate with some friends, ordered all our food, but one friend got the wrong order, when we all CLEARLY heard what they wanted and order but the waitress doubled down on the WRONG order, and didn't offer to correct it or comp the wrong order. Refused to fix, and had to re-order and pay AGAIN for the correct order. And it took forever to get the food. Way longer than normal. Will not be coming back.

This place has unpredictably good food. With a name like Blend, from the outside one might think this is a coffee shop, or possibly even closed So let me tell you, Blend is definitely not a coffee shop, it is a bar and resturant. It is likely not closed unless it’s after 11, it’s just not very busy.
For being next to the Metra station I have heard too many people mention how they have walked by it 1000 times and have never walked in. (Myself included).
The menu is vast, in fact the wide array of food may seem like a red flag to some people who may question being able to order so many different kinds of cuisine and you may be the only patron in a coffee-less coffee spot. Alas, don’t judge a book by the movie.
Get yourself a Purple Hennessy Slushy and get comfortably seated to properly digest each item on the menu before you order.
While you wait for your food, have a shot to the American free market. Cheers to you! May you only ever have the all time 1st world problem of too many options to choose from, forever. Merica! ??

I keep inviting friends here to meet me for a drink but really this place is the best for no other reason than the Veggie Panini and Sweet Potato Fries. I am not vegetarian at all, I ordered it once and it is so good I crave it everyday and wish I could go there more to get it.
I highly recommend the Purple Hennesse Slushy especially with a hennessee shot on top.
It’s always a good sign when Ivan the bartender is working. Ivan is always welcoming and engages with all patrons, he pays attention to detail, and things run smoothly when he’s there.

Godseongbi and crab served as a wrap at most expensive steakhouses. I just went to Google Top Rating and had no expectations, but ended up having a very satisfying meal. About $80 for three including tip. (The downside is that personal plates are not provided)
