This restaurant started strong and I really enjoyed their food. In my recent orders, I keep experiencing issues. Last time I arrived and they did not have my order and had to make it all once I arrived causing a long wait there. I can understand this mistake and was fine to wait. Today, I placed an order through the restaurant’s website and received a confirmation email stating when it would be ready. At that time, I walked over and found a locked door with a sign saying to call for food pick up. I hadn’t brought my phone with me but after no one answered the door after knocking I walked home to get my phone and returned. After 3 calls someone finally answered and informed me that they were closed. Unfortunate service incidents that makes them unreliable and will cause me to order elsewhere in the future.

Love this place!! Best Pad Thai in Chicago and I stand by that firmly. Everything is good, really. The owner is super nice and the service is great. My favorite Thai place in Chicago.

This was a horrible experience. They did not have any delivery drivers…okay I get that. The issue is, they decided to charge me, never call me, and then never deliver my food. I had to call them an hour later to get the bad news. Now everything else is closed. Never again. Terrible customer service here?

I ordered lunch from here on a whim today and I thought it was delicious and reasonably priced. Wasn’t expecting it and was very satisfied. I’ll definitely come back.

I wrote this review before and for some reason it was deleted. It's not fake and Yelp should contact me if they have questions. I ordered takeout to be picked up at 12:45. When I arrived, there was a sign outside the door saying to call for pick up. I called and got what sounded like a fax machine. I call again and a man answers. He tells me he's in the alleyway and can I wait 10 -15 min. I tell him I'm at the door now and that I'm on my lunch break. He says "Oh." and that he'll be right there. I'm waiting out in the cold. A half hour later he drives up. I'm wondering to myself, "If you were in the alley, why are are you driving up here?" He goes in to get my food and hands it to me. He apologizes and runs off. Before I get a chance to ask him about a fork, he's hurrying off to his car and driving off. The food wasn't kept warm and was cold. Plus the portion was small. So, I wasted my lunch break for cold food. There was no compensation offered. Yelp, please email me if you have questions. It was a very weird experience. I don't think I would risk it again. I

Stopped in with a coworker before drinks and got the Thai escargot and the skewer sampler ( I forgot the name on the menu) Was very pleased with the food for quality & price. Definitely worth a visit in person .

Bliss is amazing! We order takeout often and it is consistently delicious. We love how vegetarian and GF friendly the menu is.

After a few years of contemplating ordering from here I finally did. I ordered egg rolls and Pad See Ewe with chicken. The egg rolls are very good and so is the sweet and sour sauce. The Pad See Ewe though was pretty bland. Basically raw broccoli and not very much of it. The chicken was pretty dried out and was not seasoned at all. Not much egg in the dish either. A huge amount of the dish was noodles, which are decent, although the soy sauce content in them was pretty week. The noodles are the best part of the dish. The dish had no punch whatsoever. It was just way too bland overall. I wish I could have ordered addition sauces that could have saved the meal from mediocrity, but on Caviar at least that is not offered. Maybe other dishes are better, but I am not sure if I will order again.

Ordered Bliss Resto for delivery the other night for the first time, and I was not disappointed! The veggie egg rolls were tasty and the four small rolls were the perfect serving size. The sauce that came with the rolls was soooo good. I could have used that in everything. I ordered the pad see ewe with chicken, broccoli, and egg. I feel like it was very heavy on the noodles (which were delicious!!!) but could have had more veggies. I'm going to try the pad Thai next time and maybe add more veggies based on other reviews. The food also arrived very hot!

It has potential. We had a hankering for Thai and Caviar had a coupon, so we decided to try a new place. Husband got the spicy gyoza & Pad Kee Mao and I the crab rangoon and shrimp panang curry with noodles. Our food came quickly which was very nice. Husband opened his entree & immediately noticed there wasn't much chicken. He also said it wasn't spicy, but he has a high tolerance for heat. Other than that, he thought the flavors were quite good. My initial reaction was how thin my curry was sloshing around in the container. That was because the only veggies in the dish were mini corns, which I personally dislike. The amount of shrimp were average and the curry itself had a nice flavor and amount of heat. Dial up the veggies and the dish would improve greatly. As it was, it felt more soup-like. Both of our dishes came with wide rice noodles which were the real star. Not our favorite, but not something we'd rule out trying again.

I am completely sympathetic toward these establishments that are struggling due to the pandemic and subsequent worker shortage. This place was no exception in that there was no one greeting patrons upon entry. It was quite possible the host was also the wait staff and the cook. If the circumstances were such, then they should have offered a scaled back menu instead of trying to offer its regular menu. Case in point, the appetizer platter did not match the items listed on the menu (missing scallops) and soft shell crab had more fried onions than crab. They should have told us that they couldn't offer the dishes listed on the menu instead of pretending as though they are operating fully only to receive dishes that are disappointing. Better yet, they should created smaller menu and focus on those items they can manage.

Terrible service (had to come in twice from the patio to ask for water, fork, napkins, and the check even though I was the only customer) bad food (watery, flavorless curry) and found meat in my tofu curry. What a bummer.

Love this place… great outdoor dining

Food was delicious, the red curry had just the right amount of spice and flavor, and the pad thai was spot on. Would definitely recommend, at least for the thai part of the menu
