Ordered the Snowball and the Tonkotsu ramen. One of them made me sick to my stomach shortly afterward.

What a little gemšŸ’Ž! Everything about this place is great. The food, the service, the design! My only criticism is that they need a temporary outer door during the cold winter months. We were sat close to the front, and every time the door opened (and it was frequent), the cold air was terrible. Should've been 5 stars!

Can't rate the food since they decided not to deliver all of my order. So I won't be coming back since giving me what I paid is an inconvenience for them. Hope other people have a better experience.

Went there for NYE dinner. The place has such a cute vibe!

We ordered veggie sushi, ramen, gyoza, and a poke bowl. The sushi was very good! I loved the ramen and the poke bowl was tasty. Would’ve like the food to be cute smaller in it though. The gyoza was fine.

The drinks were lite on the alcohol, but the cocktails were only $10. So, that’s was nice. The sake came out in a bottle, which was cool.

They also needed more wait staff support. That’s what took the experience from a 5 to a 4. We had to wait a pretty long time for new drinks or even the opportunity to order a new drink.

Otherwise, I’d go back!

Service was... alright. Atmosphere was leaning too much on the dim/dark side for my taste. Could use a bit brighter of an overhead light for the table. But maybe that's your vibe.

For the food itself. My wife and I got the black garlic tonkotsu ramen, and the hamachi jalapeno appetizer. The appetizer was great. Lightly seared yellowtail has a great texture. I wish it had a touch of heat though. The jalapeno was too mild.

The ramen itself... has some issues. I'm slightly upset at this restaurant because it obviously knows what it's doing, but for some reason not chasing heights that it could've been at.

The broth lacks a bit of body. Maybe it wasn't cooked for long enough. There's a distinct taste when it comes to tonkotsu broth with the collagen breaking down. I got a touch of that, but not a deep satisfying warming flavor.

The ajitsuki tamago / ramen egg was... simply not that. It was just a medium boiled egg briefly dipped in marinade. It should be a soft~medium boiled egg with runny center that's been marinaded overnight. I didn't get neither the runny center nor the marinade flavor.

Ramen noodle itself was delicious. It was bouncy and has a slight chew. I do appreciate that they are putting effort into the noodles.

The whole flavor profile of black garlic was also somewhat missing.

Overall, the ramen was decent, and enjoyable. If you gave this to anyone looking for a bowl of hearty warm noodle soup, there's really very little to complain about, especially for the price. But I think you can do better, Blowfish.

The black garlic ramen was very flavorful and delicious, though a tad too salty. Try the ramen here, avoid the sushi.
The sushi was unfortunately not good at all: extremely saucy which is always a cover-up for mediocre/bad sushi. One of our rolls was tuna topped (a typical order I enjoy), but it was cooked tuna - which is atypical, odd, and made it taste like plain canned tuna on a bed of rice.
