I rated them a 5 for customer service. We ordered takeout on Fat Tuesday. They were very busy that evening and made a mistake in our order. When I called Gabe, the Manager, was extremely apologetic. He removed the items from our tab and personally drove to our home with the correct order. He also added a giant piece of carrot cake. Apart from appreciating the customer service, the food was good. We especially enjoyed the VooDoo Shrimp and the Alligator Po’
boy. We are looking forward to ordering from there again!

Made reservation for Duke UNC game. Arrived 10 mins before reservations and both my and other peoples reservations not being honored. It's fine if you don't want to take reservations, but if you do, honor them.
My cat both threw this up. I’m pretty sure I would’ve done the same thing, If I wear a cat, just by the smell of it. Truly disgusting.

The delicious food was only surpassed by the terrific service. Alyssa (sp?) was amazing! Friendly. Professional. Enthusiastic. Great at providing recommendations that fit our tastes. She totally made the experience perfect!
Try the Voodoo shrimp and shrimp Po'boy. YUMMY!!
We will definitely be back!
One suggestion. Please edge down the volume of the music. It made it really hard to talk.

Awesome atmosphere to catch a giants game
Emma is amazing! She’s so kind, down to earth, and makes you feel welcome the moment you sit down. Her drinks are hands down the best—perfectly made and full of flavor. She truly made the night special!

Payed $27 for the surf and turf with Cajun rice. Super spicy could not finish it. Ordered medium steak got well done. Not worth it. Food portions definitely not work it. Better off getting chipotle. Nice place though. Server was polite

The food runner, Grant(?) is the modern day Atlas. Basically carries Blue Bayou on his back. He better be making the big bucks, because his aura made this experience. Bartender was attentive as well! Will be back for those beers on tap :p

The food runner, Grant, made our night an unforgettable experience. His undying determination could have gone unnoticed behind his effortless smile. Not unlike sisyphus, he carries his burden with a stoic tenacity that could only be compared to the stuff of legend. prices aren’t too bad for lakeview.
