I’m currently eating the Smoked Gouda Burger with a fried egg add on….absolutely stellar. One of the best burgers I’ve had in the Chicago area. Ordered the duck fat fries which are also fantastic. The flavors are just awesome and I felt compelled to wrote this while still eating it all. That’s how good it is!

Bluebird is an utter delight. My friends and I met up for Sunday brunch. It is located in the Portage Park neighbourhood.The menu is succinct but has a wide variety of options from fried chicken and waffles to loco moco to a breakfast burrito. I was deciding between the chicken & waffles and the breakfast burrito but settled on the waffles in the end. Went here for the first time last week and really enjoyed it! All of the food was excellent and service was great. I was there for my birthday and they gave us a free slice of the best chocolate cake. I will definitely be back.
