Steak was salty but cooked to perfection and great quality. The macaroni and cheese had an interesting taste but also kind of good. Macaroni and cheese was very confusing but edible. I would not order again. I would actually never come again but the service was amazing.

I booked the chandelier room for my partner and her birthday and as we reached our table I was told that I needed to remove my fedora. This was odd since I've been here in the dining areas with a fedora before. We were told if I refused to take off the hat, we were to be seated in the atrium aka outside. Upon looking at their “dress code” it states athletic/caps and winter/outer wear aren't allowed indoors - which my fedora does not classify as either. I wish we were told at the host stand so we didn't feel embarrassed at the table but since when did nice fedoras become outlawed at Steakhouses. Food and service were top-notch as usual but the fedora incident was pretty ridiculous.

I had an exceptional dinner at BLVD. The food was very good but I came here for the atmosphere. It is very chic. Huge staircase and huge chandeliers. Good wine. Good service. Bring a date here and you will get some for certain.

Complete disappointment, super overpriced. Much better value for money at many other Chicago steakhouses. When the bill said $670 for 4 people (4 total drinks, no wine, 1 person ordered a burger), my jaw hit the floor. Waitress was constantly trying to upsell us on additions to our plates, 20% tip already added to the bill that our waitress conveniently didn’t mention. Steaks needed additional salt, shrimp wasn’t de-veined, mocktail tasted bad, and the sides and dessert were tiny for the price, AND we never got our Caesar salad. Have to say, the burger was good but that’s the only saving grace. You’re better off going to 2 other steakhouses for the same price.

I was in town visiting and decided to give this spot a try based off good reviews from colleagues. I was very impressed, the atmosphere is gorgeous and gives off that wonderful Hollywood glam. My waitress Karla provided outstanding service and was very attentive. The girls at the hostess stand were talking about how perfect I was when I walked by on my way out. They made me feel so special, I will definitely be back on my next visit to Chicago.

While the service was excellent and the food was good/fine. I felt like everything was overpriced. I also didn't like the fact the restaurant charges a random 4% fee and automatically a 20% tip for service even on a bottle of wine. I think that is gauging and wouldn't recommend this place just for that reason. There is no way a bottle of wine deserves an added 24% fee. Our bill for a party of 4 ended up being over $500 with only 3 main courses, 1 bottle of wine, 1 side, and 1 appetizer. And no...we did not have the wagyu steak.

Food is amazing, place feels like a movie. If it wasn't for the train passing by it would've been perfect

Everything was amazing, in particular the service. Fav dishes: oysters, scallops, Mac & cheese.

Taking back what I’ve said. If you guys can’t cook wagyu, just don’t cook it! How did you make such premium material flavorless and bitter and chewy? Also, after a “16 oz” steak and a lobster tail, I’m still hungry, needing to feed myself the Japanese food next door.
And to the server who barely served me despite me ordering a 250$ meal, I tipped you an extra 15 $ on top of the 20% mandatory gratitude not because you did a great job, but out of politeness. To the kitchen, I finished the whole dish not because you cooked it the proper way, but because it’s a sin to waste food in my culture. To everyone else, I gave 2 stars instead of 1, because the black male server (kudos for him, much appreciated) who served me in the first afternoon went above and beyond to make up for everyone else’s problems. Wouldn’t come again if it wasn’t him.

Came in the same day for both lunch and dinner. The food is not bad; bread stands out. Honestly, come during the evening instead because they are understaffed in the afternoon

Came in with a friend, set in one of the first booths near the bar. (The waitress/bartender btw this was 11/23/24 )The waitress came to my table, stared me up and down with a mean glare, and then turned to my friend and then complimented my friend without speaking to me and then walked away. You don’t have to like my outfit to say hello. Mind you – I’m the one that invited my friend and I’m the one who paid for the dinner. She didn’t even say hello. It was incredibly rude. I never forgot it
