Don’t waste your time or money coming here. Service was questionable. Servers will talk to you like you’re an idiot. And the food way overpriced considering how mediocre it is. I am extremely underwhelmed with my experience here.

Brunch was great, and menu was vast with both light options to full dinners. Semi outdoor dining is heated and comfortable, the train however can be loud if you're not into that.. There was plenty of street parking in the afternoon as well as paid lots. We tried a few things on the menu, the burger was tender and fries were crisp. Expect a high end experience in a comfortable relaxed environment for brunch.

Not great. Ordered a rare filet, it was delivered medium well. Sent it back, got a second at medium. I wouldn’t go here if you’re into properly cooked beef.
To add insult to injury, they added an automatic 20% tip! I’d normally have no problem, but the presumption is terrible.

This was a pre - planned birthday reservation and they sat a party of 6 on a cheaply enclosed patio directly under the green line. Every 7 minutes a train passed the plastic ziploc covered walls of the patio tent. To pay $1k for a meal that we ate on an uneven picnic table, was absolutely outrageous. We were told there was no seating in the chandelier dining room which was untrue. The whole experience was disappointing and did not reflect the atmosphere that is accompanied with “fine dining”

Please save your time and money. The food here is extremely overpriced, and the service is mediocre at best. The waitstaff automatically receive a 20% gratuity—which is fine—but after that, they barely check on you or try to provide quality service.
The restaurant also does not allow photos, and if you try to take any, the staff will give you uncomfortable looks. I took a picture on my phone because it was my birthday and an employee stood there staring at me, telling me to stop. The way the staff handled it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I respect the policy, but their approach was completely unwarranted.
I paid over $300 to be there, and it was not worth it. There are much better steakhouses in the city. Save yourself the disappointment and go to Steak 48 or Perry’s—far better food and service.

I do NOT recommend coming here, especially for a special occasion. I came here for my best friends birthday and had high hopes and was excited. Altogether a huge let down. We waited nearly an hour for our appetizers to come out (steak tartar and oysters) which did not even require cooking so not sure why we waited so long for such an easy order. The oysters were good, the steak tartar was okay. Fast forward to dinner, we ordered the steak frites. Presentation looked like a kids meal and the steak was greasy and salty at the same time ??? For a place labeled as a steakhouse your steak should be good. Bare minimum. We then proceeded to try to take pictures (again, a birthday is a special occasion and we want this to me memorable) and the security man informed us that we are not allowed to use our camera to take photos (this was a small pocket camera, not a large photography camera). Overall poor service, bad food, and definitely not a place to celebrate. I would definitely not come here again, terrible night that was supposed to be special and fun.

The almost $90 med-rare bone-in prime ribeye was not what I expected. Not marbled and juicy as I was hoping (did they mistake it for a bone-in ny strip?). Our server Rob was fantastic!
Was not accommodated not even given a option will never go back don't waste your money plenty of other steak houses
Unfortunately this evening turned into a very poorly managed restaurant experience. The wait staff is not what you would expect with a price point of $100 per person. We waited over 40 minutes for our food and the waiter only came to our table once. When the meal was over I had to wait another 45 minutes for the check. It’s so frustrating to want to leave a negative experience and have to pay that ridiculous amount and can’t get anyone to pay attention to you enough to get you the bill. The manager was unsupportive and didn’t offer much help other than a promise to do something for us if we return next time. Thanks for nothing. I don’t normally give reviews but wanted to warn those who are expecting a luxury experience to know what you are walking into. Will not be patronizing this restaurant ever nor recommend them to anyone I know. Very unfortunate.

Our visit to BLVD fell far below expectations. From the moment we arrived, things were off — the valet took an unusually long time to approach our car, setting the tone for the evening. After being seated beside a column with constant foot traffic squeezing behind us, we requested to be moved, but even that process took far too long. Service throughout the night was consistently slow. Ordering drinks, placing our food order, and even getting a simple replacement napkin took an excessive amount of time. Our server was clearly overwhelmed and managing too many tables, which resulted in long, frustrating waits. To their credit, the food itself was very good. We had hoped to end the night with dessert, but waiting over 30 minutes just to receive the dessert menu was unreasonable. By then, we were ready to leave. The biggest issue is that the price point does not match the overall experience. BLVD has great potential, but the service and operations need serious attention. At this level, guests should not have to work this hard to enjoy their evening.
The food was not that good. The customer service was good but unfortunately wouldn’t recommend. The food was not hot and over all for it to be a steakhouse not 5 start just average

FIRST TIME IN CHICAGO & THIS PLACE DID NOT DISAPPOINT!
We celebrated a birthday/anniversary and Karla made the entire experience unforgettable. Her service and hospitality were top-tier! She was incredibly attentive and every recommendation she made was spot on. The food was phenomenal (definitely get the steak Oscar style, worth every bite!).
Thank you so much to Karla and the entire team for an amazing experience! We’ll absolutely be back. ❤️✨

My mother in-law had a horrible experience and we will not be coming back here again. She had made reservations for her bday here. When she had gotten to the restaurant on her bday they had her seated outside instead of inside. When she had approached staff to ask about dining inside, staff dismissed her and said that they cannot accommodate her because she did not request to sit inside. They were doing everything but trying to help her until they realized we were leaving. They tried to offer us a table inside as soon as we told them we were leaving. That was weird since they said they had no availability unless someone had canceled. It was her birthday and the staff was being completely rude to her. Safe to say we will not be coming back here.

Get ready to spend a pretty penny! 😋 very worth it, and the sides are portioned for sharing. The roasted carrots were lovely.
