Reserved the chandelier room/ didn't get seated there. It was 2 of us taking pics on the stairs 5mins tops, not 3,4,or 5+ ppl, we were asked to not take too long taking pics so that the staircase was clear, it was 2 of us, plenty of room, no obstruction as the staircase is pretty wide, people pay for the experience / ambience, to not be able to admire and enjoy it ?. The vibe was just not there, we paid for our drinks and left. Sadly another lady waiting for her valet at the same time as us had a similar experience. Our server was nice but the overall vibe of the restaurant was not very welcoming. We won't be back.

We celebrated Easter and it was our first time sitting in the Atrium for brunch. I have been here for dinner inside and also had a great time with consistent and delicious service and food. I would recommend dining here again for a special occasion or a ladies' night out.

Brunch day 1 in the books and it was amazing! The Italian omelette is perfect and something I'm going to crave during the week. BEC sammich also delicious. And the new smashburger needs to stay on the menu forever because it's perfect. Brunch cocktails are super crushable too. Patio vibes are back for the spring and we're here for it.

I would give an overall rating of one point, because the orders are constantly mixed up, the prices are astronomical, my wife had a birthday and a birthday cake and the service was considered extra money, in all restaurants on a birthday the birthday cake is always free, and besides, the staff is not interested Your opinion is just his work. And in the end, when we paid, we left a good tip and despite this, they didn't even say goodbye to us when we left, They didn't even look in our direction!((

Interior and menu are steak house classics. The music was a little on the obnoxiously clubby end, though.None of the food was bad. In fact the sides (mac and cheese, 50/50 potatoes, fries, broccolini, and beets) were excellent. The wedge was a big plate of disappointment, though. And the A5 wagyu makes you realize that it's not a regulated term in the US. It was, at best, hybrid. It had low fat content and was almost indistinguishable from the filet - just double the price and half the size. Totally not worth it.Service was good when we had it, but there were long waits between drinks.Given how competitive steakhouses are in Chicago, I couldn't see myself going back.

Extremely poor service for birthday dinner. We gave food allergens prior to ordering food. We were served onions and dairy products despite communicating allergens. When we ordered meals 3 steaks were served with incorrect temperatures. After continuing to communicate allgens they still brought out a dairy option to the birthday girl which she wasn't able to eat or enjoy. We arrived at 7:30 for a party of 13 and we weren't served 1st course until 9:47. We asked to speak to manager regarding several issues we had while ordering food and the server Paula was argumentive and not accommodating. We reviewed our bill and then noticed that we were overcharged by $300 for regular price menu items that were outside of large party menu. There was no comp for discount for inconvenience. They comped replacement items that were brought but not anything else to accommodate. In the future when having large parties it would be helpful to have attention to detail esp with large parties and severe food allergies.

Lovely dinner experience at BLVD for a double date! We were seated in the coolest horseshoe-shaped, enclosed booth in the chandelier room. It was perfect! Food was fantastic and so was the service. Our server, Rob, was friendly & helpful. We'll be back!

We were very disappointed. My wedge salad was 1/2 head of iceberg lettuce. Sour ranch dressing and very, very little blue cheese. The bone in rib eye was flavorful but very chewy for a rib eye. Once was enough

Amazing service! Paula was very attentive and not pushy. The food was great. We ordered organic half chicken (always a must), t bone steak, Mac n cheese, and brocillini(one of our faves) I ordered a mezcal sour w egg white and it was perfect! The foccacia bread service is amazing. We came for a graduation dinner and it was perfect.

Check your car before leaving their valet people can’t drive at all after taking 45 minutes to retrieve my vehicle they tore my truck up & didn’t say anything. You wouldn’t see it at night, I just woke up to see this & I have a driveway so nobody else done it. I will not be revisiting this establishment & I am fore warning everyone else. So unprofessional & irresponsible. It’s a wonder they didn’t charge me for parking they were trying to fix what they messed up. I have been calling for 2 days can’t speak to anyone, just be sure to check your car before leaving this establishment. The valet is careless & irresponsible.

The ambience was beautiful and amazing. The service was great, the server continued to check on us and was very attentive. The food was great I ordered steak frites and my friend ordered the New York strip. Very flavorful and seasoned dishes. The drinks were great and I would definitely come back.

Please bring back the butter burger! We were looking forward to trying it after traveling out of state. Sadly we learned it was no longer on the menu as the recipe had been changed.
