Not well managed.

Used to be my go to place for salads. Decided to go back after the listeria outbreak and figured they'd up there game to get their customers back. Not true at all. They really skimped on the toppings for my salad. One egg instead of the two they did before, around 4 cucumber and tomato pieces, a small sprinkle of bacon instead of a handful. They also raised the prices. Won't be coming here anymore.

Just check the photo, thank god it's an open sandwich, the avocado is stale.

Great service with a smile and full attention from cashier to the sandwich prep. Great way to start the morning.
The only thing they need is coco milk.

The morning crew is unbearable. They are TERRIBLY rude and disrespectful. The manager sat and watched as all his employees pretty much bullied my group. Girl at the register started with attitude and was shocked when it was thrown back. She proceeded to run around whisper about my group to the other employees. The people making our breakfast started screaming HELLO right after calling our name not giving a second. The staff in the back was laughing pointing and waving at all of us so OBVIOUSLY being condescending. It was something out of a teenage girl movie. I had people with me to witness this atrocious behavior from adults in customer service.

The food is decent. The employees are the problem here. They’re either really high or totally incompetent. Ordering a sandwich shouldn’t be this hard!

13 dollars for chicken rotisserie salad. It’s so small. I have had side salads bigger. Never going back. What a rip off.

Ordered a veggie salad … obviously not ideal choice given a deli place but someone else chose. Salad was boring and too expensive, 50 cents of veggies could have made it way better. They charged me $2 for an egg that didn’t make it to my pickup order. So with charge and tip $17 for a romaine mix, a few almonds, a few chickpeas and some cheese. Come on.

Delicious salads. The lines are long at lunch time but they go fast. The girls making the salads are super fast. Quality produce and meats. Would recommend.

One of the best chicken salads in town. Go early, the crowds get long around noon. Worth the wait ?

I went in to get a sandwich for lunch. I had FOUR people make ONE sandwich. Ham sandwich, just mustard, lettuce & tomato. Hot peppers on the side. Of course they put the hot peppers on the sandwich then proceeded to wipe them off. I had to ask them to put the sandwich on a fresh sheet so that all the oil would not stick all over the bread. At the end they still couldn’t understand that I wanted a piece of lettuce on my sandwich. And when I opened my mouth to complain, the last guy told me “miss, we are busy”. I really wish there was a subway restaurant around here.
