This place was so quite that the workers didn't realize we had been standing there for a few minutes before we were taken care of. Otherwise, the service was quick after the order was placed. Very clean and well stocked.

Incredible. I was just coming here to say that someone needs to teach the Saturday cashier to say Thank You and perk up a little bit. It's like ordering from a zombie. The food is great, but that guy irks me. Never a Thank you.

Bob O’s is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Owner Rich is very nice. The restaurant is in good condition. Great Italian beef. Gotta come back. 10/10.

Excellent food quality and taste. Young guy taking order was a little short tempered. I felt like he could tell I wasn't a regular and I didn't used proper terms for ordering my beef. Atmosphere is meh. No updates since 1985, my guess. They have carpet on the ground in areas that the above the head ventilation system leaks...so you don't slip 🤦🏻♂️. Classic Chicago joint that's probably just hanging on. However, the food is their draw and it's worth it.
