Have them bring you empanadas until someone passes out. They are just that good.

Andrés took great care of us and delivered an outstanding, professional experience during our breakfast.

Hands down, the corn empanadas are the best! Absolutely delicious.

The Arnold Palmer was one of the best I’ve had—fresh, natural, and nothing artificial.

The Lomito was super tasty, and the salad was refreshing and crisp.

The steak and eggs is the champ of breakfasts—just like Tango, it doesn’t disappoint. Having quinoa with potatos was a smart touch...e, CHE.

Ordered huevos rancheros - expected crunchy nachos on top of black beans but I got this soggy mess !

We were supposed to go to Tango Sur but there was a 90 minute wait and they don’t take reservations. 🙄 So after a looking up the sister restaurant next door we ended up at Bodega Sur! Best idea ever. The food was delicious, I’m still thinking about the beef empanadas. It has neighborhood small restaurant vibes. The guy working the bar and our waiter was a sweet heart. All cuts of meat was delicious and I’m upset we didn’t take a gamble and try the pimento cheese. Hubby and I was very pleased and the bill wasn’t that high! 💕💕👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

They snuck in a $7 charge to add chicken to a caprese sandwich when the menu reflects a $2 extra charge.

We love Bodega Sur. Especially during the patio season. Sunday brunch outside is just perfect. Their food is outstanding and their staff is a pleasure to be around. Such a neighborhood gem. Love!

Really cool place in the downtown area. Looks really cool and the food is fantastic.

Got the steak sandwhich and it was great, everything was quality and adding an egg really took it to the next level.

Empanadas and desserts were also awesome.

I recently visited Bodega Sur, and while the tapas were decent, my experience with drinks left much to be desired. I ordered a limoncello spritz, but the waiter seemed unsure of what I was asking for. When the drink arrived, it was a highlighter-yellow concoction that tasted awful. I barely took two sips before I asked for an Aperol spritz instead. To my surprise, I was still charged for the limoncello spritz, despite the fact that it was clearly not made properly. It felt like a greedy move, especially since the mistake was on their end. On the positive side, the service was good, but overall, this experience left a bad taste. A little more attention to detail and customer satisfaction would go a long way.

Tried Bodega for the first time, and since I really like Tango Sur, I wanted to see the experience of the food and the atmosphere. The place was somewhat empty in what appeared to be a slow Sunday night. Had a drink that was not that good and a Quilmes beer, which at 8 dollars was a bit overpriced for me. The ambiance was definitely not as good as next door, and the food should have tasted just as good, but on this night, it just wasn't as succulent and flavorful. So, needless to say, I'll stick to Tango Sur.

Both the service and the food were bad.
We ordered empanadas to start and they were ok but I've tried better ones, the entre was not good at all, my food was dry and burnt. I ended up sending it back and just getting more empanadas that I didn't even eat because my appetite was gone by then.
The service was horrible. Our server never checked back on us and gave me attitude when I told him I didn't like my entre and when I tried to pay he was very nasty. I've work in the service industry and I've never seen a server being nasty to someone trying to pay a check.
I'll never come back here.

Two days in advance I made a reservation for 6 people on Saturday 11/08 at 7 pm. After approximately 10 minutes waiting, it was confirmed that the reservation existed. After a little more than 15' with no word from the staff, I asked about where we would be seated and if the table was ready. They didn't have a table for us and informed me that "perhaps in 20 more minutes a table would be ready." I had heard a couple of times about the same, this restaurant not honoring reservations, but thought those had been isolated events. Until now when I experienced it myself.
