Tried Bodega for the first time, and since I really like Tango Sur, I wanted to see the experience of the food and the atmosphere. The place was somewhat empty in what appeared to be a slow Sunday night. Had a drink that was not that good and a Quilmes beer, which at 8 dollars was a bit overpriced for me. We had a strange experience. The server taking our order did not explain any specials or recommend anything just stood there till we ordered. Another server/busboy kept clearing our plates every few minutes, he even took a half eaten appetizer and then when we said we were going to take that back, put it in a plastic box and placed it back at the table where it sat for the rest of the meal which took forever to arrive.

I couldn't be happier that I found this place. The food quality was superior. We started with some bread courtesy of the house, it was baked in there and was very good.
The fries were extremely delicious. And the parrillada for two people was really really good. All the meat was cooked to perfection, and the small sauces like mustard and chimichurri were great additions to the cuts. It had very generous portions for the price.
