Amazing vibe here and excellent service from Jonah who was the bartender when i came. Really creative cocktails and the kitchen closes around 11ish weekdays and 1ish weekends

Albany park hidden gem.
My husband & I stopped in for the first time. It was incredible! Our drinks were the talk of the evening. The place was clean, organized and extremely pleasant. Our mixologist (bartender) was very attentive, knowledgeable and professionally pleasant to conversate with. The cocktails are worth their price and very palette pleasing, simply delicious. I highly recommend the Cardinal sin. It is an unexplainable deliciousness with the perfect Chicago kick.
Bokeh, thank you for the lovely evening. We'll be back soon.

Came here once with a friend and had an incredible time. Shout out matty for making it even more interesting by sharing his story on a drink he made. Loved it so much that i wanted to take my brother here when he came to visit.
Unfortunately, when i came with my brother. the bartender denied us entry for no reason other than she was uncomfortable with us. The worst part about it was that when i came the first time, she took a shot with us and matty but claimed to not recognize me this time.
Incredibly disappointed by her service, will never come back despite loving the place the first time. Seems like matty was holding the place up (he left a week ago) Very sad

It's a place I visit occasionally after work. The long-haired male waiter who worked there was rude and nasty to me before, but I ignored him. When I came back, I was met with the same rudeness. He was insulting because I didn't speak English very well. Although the other female waiter tried to rectify the situation and was very friendly, helpful, and polite, he couldn't handle this man's rudeness.

Bartender here gave great recommendations despite being absolutely slammed by an event they were hosting. Great hospitality, a warm community feel, 10/10 would highly recommend and will be back soon
Matty was a great bartender. Very creative cocktails and unique selections. Loved the energy and attitude of the staff. Cozy spot that hosts DJs and live music occasionally. Highly recommend
Such a chill, well executed cocktail bar. Just look at this drink presentation!
I’ve visited this establishment a few times now and they’re definitely due for a review. As a whole I can rate the experience here a 8.2/10, with service and drink quality at the top. The drinks are creative, from what they’re made with to the way they are served. The bartenders here are very knowledgeable and attentive of their customers as well. The best way I can describe the ambiance is relaxed, laid back and smooth. It’s a perfect place for a chill drink with a friend or a candle lit date. Their food selection is on par with their drink menu, but I feel their times could be better if they had more help BOH. The interior design of the bar is amazing 10/10 there, but it’s a bummer their front window seems cluttered. Other than those two small things, the place is immaculate. I can assure everyone this bar is a must try for cocktail fanatics in the Albany park area.
Don’t know how I haven’t written a review already! Been going here for years and it’s always been great. Lovely bartenders and creative drinks. Perfect atmosphere for long conversations. Cost is standard for craft drinks in Chicago.
My favorite little bar. Go there and support some local business! Friendly staff and fantastic cocktails.

Been here several times, always a blast and great drinks. Last visit was weird. Kinda stuffy. Bartender was uninterested and ok with letting customers wait along time before taking order. I hope things are not changing.
Just the best place. Jonah is literally amazing. So kind, so funny, so knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for a better spot to spend a night with cozy vibes and deep convos with friends.

Bokeh offers great $14-$16 drinks, but the service feels like an obstacle course. My partner and I arrived early, expecting one more person, and were seated on a couch. However, we were asked to move twice because our full party wasn’t there yet, and then again when our friend finally arrived, with no prior warning about their seating policy. Mind you, my friend only arrived 10 minutes after my partner and I simply because they were looking for parking and had to walk to the bar. The bartender enforced the seating rules rudely, moving us around to accommodate new groups, even though we weren’t taking up excessive space. While the drinks are good, the disorganized seating policy and lack of communication from staff made the experience frustrating.

I was there today and yesterday (did get really drunk/tipsy which I appreciate… both nights… probably shouldn’t have drove home. Eeekkk.)… I’ve been here a month or so ago too. The last couple of days were a little off (I’m off Sunday and Mondays). Was getting a bit of rudeness from the bartenders. They seemed fresh so can’t blame em. They seemed a bit sleepy too. With more time they will come around and not be so green. Tried to say a witty “joke” but got nothing (maybe it was no good haha). The bartenders really play favorites too (I don’t go to many bars so that might be usual. I really wanted this to be my neighborhood spot though since I always got friends coming through). Since I’m not the coolest looking person with normal color hair I get it though. At least pretend, ya know. Drinks were ok (todays were better). Nothing special. Not really gonna recommend this place to friends but I’m sure I’ll be back one of these days. Either save you money or go somewhere else. Albany park is diverse. Cute spot though. I also wish I got to join them with their shots (but again.. not cool enough :( haha). So give this a 3 and a half since I’m just a little cry baby at times. Not the worst bar.
