Quality has gone downhill. In multiple occasions their sugar levels have been way off. New cups are no longer see-through, so you can't really see what's inside your drink.

This place is still using Christmas Cups in April. The cups have bad lids that spilled, and they put tape to hold it in place. I stopped ordering when they refused to switch back to the old cup with a plastic seal. Recently, I decided to give it another try, and this is the new paper cup that they have. First time I see anyone put a full ice drink in a paper cup made for hot drinks. This must be the new anti-tariff cup that they come up with. Drinks still taste great, and that's why I came back. As for the cups, two wrongs don't make a right, so two stars off.

To preface this, I always get/make my matcha latte unsweetened and this was literally the worst matcha latte I have ever had. My homemade ones use culinary grade/grade A matcha and they still come out acceptable. The matcha latte here was grainy and didn't have any taste apart from extreme bitterness. Imagine drinking slightly thick and gritty water that tastes intensely bitter and that was pretty much my experience. I should have known from its dull shade of green. $7 is insane for a drink of this quality.

Ran out of boba 20 min before close so we left in search of another boba location. There was one employee working on Friday night. There was a small line of 8 or so people. She was kind while working quickly and efficiently. But with the busy workload it seemed like too much. Management should staff their store appropriately to set up their employees for success.

I love Boki’s Tea House’s fruit teas! My favorite is the Peach Orange Lemongrass Tea. The boba is exceptional as well!!

I tried this bubble tea shop for the first time and, unfortunately, I was disappointed. We ordered a taro milk tea and a longan lychee black tea. The taro milk tea was watery, lacked a creamy texture, and didn’t have any noticeable taro flavor. To make things worse, there’s no hot option for this drink! The longan lychee black tea was extremely bitter, as though it had been over-steeped, and the flavor was oddly off. At $17 for these two drinks, the price feels high for the quality provided. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on our experience.
