It was an off night at the restaurant. We had a reservation at 6 pm and they were already out of the three fish dishes on the menu so we ordered 3 entrees to share: ceviche, guacamole and empanadas. After nearly an hour we still hadn't been served two of the appetizers , so we asked them if they could either serve them immediately or remove them from our bill so we could get to our show. They eventually served both of them and didn't charge us for the empanadas and apologized for the slow service. The food was good but not spectacular.

Great visit for Restaurant Week 2026. The short ribs were accompanied by delicious yucca fries. Artfully plated, tasted great. Live flamenco performance made the visit all the more memorable.

Beautiful setting. Food was delicious. Service impeccable. Drinks super tasty, and well crafted. Tucked away on the 15th floor in the Kimpton Grey hotel. Nice getaway in the heart of downtown.

Beautiful space conveniently located in our hotel. Food was ok and our server was very good. Was there on a Saturday night and the ambience was disappointing.. no vibe at all. They had a saxophone / guitar performer that made no sense to us.

Great service, drinks and food. A guitar player added a nice touch to the atmosphere. I will try to go back in the summer months when the sun is shining through the skylights.

We met up with friends at Boleo at the end of our trip to Chicago and had a great time! We showed up for happy hour and got drinks and small plates. Chase was our server and he made us feel so welcome - he was warm and funny and even brought me an extra mocktail. There was a live flamenco dancer that brought so much life to the space on a rainy evening. We ended up sharing a few larger plates as well and really loved the Arroz Chaufa and the black garlic chimichurri sauce on the roasted chicken. On the way down from the rooftop our elevator got stuck but the mechanic team worked to get us free - we just wish Chase could have joined us for the elevator adventure!
