Owner Luis has a terrible customer service! I order my cakes at 26th location 1-2 every month, for the past 12 years, yesssss 12 years , I call this morning to order a cake with a picture on it, ALWAYS I sent a message when I’m not able to go there , with some pictures or specific details of what I want for decoration but he totally refuses to help me! Well looks like my money doesn’t matter here anymore 🥹🥹🥹 employees have more empathy for his customers!

Very kind, understanding, and great price for the cake I was asking. The Chef took my order and she trusted me, did not asked for a deposit and the cake turned out to be beautiful. My daughter was not expecting a cake and she loved her princess cake with a crown, just right!

Alejandra helped me by providing a delicious Tres Leche cake for my mother's birthday. It was SOOOO GOOD!!! and so pretty and pink and pleased my mother who is an incredible baker since it was made from scratch with real whip cream and real strawberries! I want more just thinking about it! Worth the price if you don't bake yourself.

However, I must address a significant downside: the price and portion size. At $8 for a cup that was barely the size of my palm, I couldn’t help but feel a bit disappointed. While the taste was exceptional, the value for money just didn’t add up. For the same price, I could enjoy a more substantial dessert elsewhere without sacrificing quality.

Never again am I buying from here they charge so much for them not to even put effort into my daughters cake I asked them to specifically write feliz cumpleaños and they just put this and her name and on top of that I said tres leches cookies and cream and it probably had like one splash of milk on one side expensive for no reason
Honestly, was to much money for one medium small cake over $50 with taxes also withe bread was dry testing like many days on the fridge , I won't go back anymore

CAREFUL if you order online. They may not have made the cake. Call after you place order online.LADY then sell me wrong cake that was made already on it was not the Pina xolada cake. Cookies have nice taste but are dry which is typical for real Mexican bakery. The leches cakes are sweet and have a great taste. Milk will leak out of cake so refrigerate the cake as soon as you get home. Parking outside is metered. FYI the strange lady asked if I was paying in cash for cookies?? gave her 10$ and she never put it in register... hope the owner knows there employees skimming cash. THANKS AGAIN FOR SELLING ME CHEAPER CAKE AT higher price...😡👎
