This is hands down the most disappointing Bonchon experience I've ever had. We ordered their famous wings, hoping for the same mouthwatering flavor and quality we've come to expect from other locations. Instead, we were served wings that were shockingly subpar—dry, bland, and unmistakably reheated. Even fresh after pickup, they were almost inedible. If you've ever tried Bonchon elsewhere, you'd immediately notice how far this location falls short. It's evident that there's a serious lack of proper management here, and it shows in every aspect of the food. A true letdown for loyal Bonchon fans.

Food was very solid. we had an order of boneless wings with half and half sauce and an order of takoyaki. we did not eat in but the pickup staff and the restaurant was very welcoming, inviting, and fast.

Wow, I don’t know how I got here, but it wasn’t a great idea. Overall this place has spicy chicken, right, but that’s about it. I got the spicy kimchi bao. They were okay, there was too much bao to kimchi / chicken ratio. A balance is needed. My friend got the spicy chicken, she loved it. We also got fries to share. They were mid.
It was hard to get water service, we came here at 12pm on a Tuesday.

I ordered plain fried rice, the portion was small and bland for 15$ (14$ & change). Rice is cheap and any fried rice I've had Thai/Chinese is plentiful & flavorful. The girl that took my order was nice and informed about the menu, I'm just sorry I didn't ask her was it good. The table I waited at for my take out was not clean! Visibly not clean! I won't be back.

Everything about Bonchon on division is stellar. Must try and the menu js absolutely delicious. The service is great and the atmosphere is perfect for date night. A treat for sure

The fried chicken was some of the best I have had. They also make many other authentic Korean dishes I recommend you try. Great customer service also! This was a great deal!

Unfortunately Don’t go to this location. Go to the Chinatown! We ordered pickup and the tenders were super bland and looked like naked strips with light sauce and we were so excited because we love the strips and were CRAVING. So since we were still unsatisfied we had to order delivery (unsatisified big backs) from the other location (Chinatown pl) and they were amazing. I’ll post both pics.
