This place is a real gem! The food, drinks and vibe are just awesome. The service too. Plenty of room to sit if you want to have a cup and stay awhile. And you can have a real cup, not paper, if you do hang for a few.

I absolutely love this cafe! The food and atmosphere are great (they have gluten free options!), and they have a beautiful selection of plants. We needed some plants to fill a macrame holder, and Bryan really took his time helping us find the right plants and explaining what they were, the care for them, etc. Highly recommend this place!

I tried the violet (pea flower) matcha latte and buffalo chicken salad. Both were really good I ended up getting another latte right after. The environment is so so cute and everybody working here is super friendly I really recommend checking it out.

Ordered a French Madeleine hot cafe with Espresso & Milk. It was soothing and buttery sweet. The ambiance is cozy and tropical with greenery plants displayed. Like sipping coffee in a mini jungle. I Also ordered an Ube cookie with oatmeal. It’s so soft and delicious. Ube is a purple yam and its flavor is slightly sweet. Overall, a nice place to have coffee and light lunch. It’s across Trader Joe’s. The only thing I wish they had was more seating. Otherwise, it’s quite a treat to have coffee & snacks.Christine

This is a lovely cafe and I have had very pleasant experiences in the past and recommend the cafe very often. Today was not the case (although the iced melon tea was delicious) and I will not go back, will not recommend, and have called family and friends to ask them to stop going there as well. This is due to the extremely rude manager as well as both associates behind the counter - I was a paying customer!!!! I bought an iced tea and my friend purchased a drink and a sandwich - spend $17. Because of dietary restrictions, I brought my own yogurt from home . The manager said since we sell food you can't bring in your own. I told him my situation and thought we were good - far from it - he approached me again - this time quite rude. It would be different if I did not order anything. I have gone to many cafes all over the city and brought a small yogurt with me and there has never been an issue. The manager said something about it being illegal from the health department and what I found on line was this: "It's not illegal but a restaurant can ask you to stop eating your food."And Botanical Cafe decided to give a paying customer a very uncomfortable experience. I also found this:The American Disabilities Act clearly stats that if this is a working meal that said person can bring their own food if it is due to an allergy or auto immune disease that is protected by the ADA.Places of public accommodation that have policies prohibiting customers from bringing in outside food may need to make modifications to allow allergic individuals equal access and take steps to ensure individuals with a disability are not excluded from participation and access. See 42 U.S.C. §12181(b)(2).

My husband loves every coffee drink he has gotten from here. All well made! I’m a tea drinker, especially chai lattes. The chai concentrate is made by one of the owners and it is a perfect combo of sweet and spicy. It seems like most coffee shops use a commercial mix like Rishi, which is good enough, but it’s nice to get some variety. If I want a chai that’s not like the rest, I come here or Chiya Chai, although I come here more often bc parking is easier and, more importantly, we adore the owners and the staff.

Enjoyed a chocolate covered rose latte on the Valentine’s special menu and it was delicious. Subtle flavors and not too sweet.

Love this place just across from Trader Joe's. I always see it when I'm getting groceries and the plants in the window always catch my eye. I'm so glad I stopped in last week bc the food and the coffee were so good! I was shook by the prices bc I got a coffee for under $3 and the servers were kind. They have tons of different plants, great big windows for good vibes, and lots of seating so you can be social or tucked away depending on your mission. I would def take a friend or a family member here :)

I refuse to pay an upcharge for a splash of plant based milk in a cup of coffee, Most of the cafes I frequent just have a plant-based milk option next to the dairy milk for self service. So this was the first time in.a long time where I was upcharged for plant-based milk. The owner explained that she pays 5 times more for them, but she is right across the street from a Trader Joe's that sells half gallons of a wide range of plant milks for $3 to $4. Dairy milks are often even higher. So this makes no sense to me.On principle I think it is wrong to make customers who care about the planet and animals to pay more for trying to do good.

Cutest little cafe! I love that you can buy plants here and the space is very homey. I ordered the gingerbread tea latte and my partner got the toffee nut latte. We both got stuffed croissants (goat cheese & herb and ham & cheese). Both were amazing and HUGE! The service was great and we hear they have seasonal latte flights so we want to come back for that. It's also fairly easy to find parking on the side streets.

Pristine, tropical, and aromatic. You can't find better atmosphere anywhere.
