I’ve been here twice and even though the place was busy, I did not have to wait long for seating. I tried the waffle flight - it was delicious! The bacon was perfect and the coffee special, caramel apple latte was on point! I liked it so much, I returned the next morning and had their crepes, which were also delicious! I’ve lived in Chicago all my life and have rarely been to a place that I’ve enjoyed so much. I’m not usually in the neighborhood, but I will definitely find reasons to return!

Amazing place!! Excellent service, great quality, tasty! I am a foody person, we travel quite a bit and try to find great places to eat. This was amazing! Everything is so good. Very clean as well.
Ate there under old ownership and liked it: ate there yesterday and liked it even better. Owner is a former worker worker there, and she really seems committed to delivering great service and food. Worth a return visit - soon.

Locally owned breakfast place with tons of options, recommended to me by a friend in the neighborhood. I got the meat lovers omelette with potatoes and French toast, which hit the spot for savory and sweet. I left nothing behind! Everyone was super cool and attentive. I'll be back for sure. Lots of options for vegetarians as well.

Loved the vibe of this local spot for breakfast. Food was heavenly (fluffiest eggs ever), service was great, only giving 4 stars because of a manager who was being vocally very rude and snippy to one of their employees, who I felt was doing a great job. Made the atmosphere uncomfortable and it was distracting and unprofessional.

In town for an event and found this place on google. Cute homey feel. When I tell you’d I’d drive the 8 hours to eat here again, definitely would. Service was prompt. Eggs Benedict was perfectly cooked. Shared the apple pie French toast and it’s to die for. Woman owned by a prior employee. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I dropped by this cafe while waiting for my car to be fixed. I was so impressed that I just had to write a review. Overall, it's an outstanding cafe with all the right elements. When I visited, the owner was at the front working on her laptop. The layout is cozy yet spacious, shaped like a pentagon so you can see other diners without feeling crowded. The flow of the diner is just perfect, making me want to return. And don't miss out on the hot caramel apple latte - it's perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and incredibly delicious.
