Not a good location and not fun.
Cute Christmas decorations but the bathroom person has to go. When I entered the bathroom no one was there and when I came out he said I know what you’re doing it’s not my first time in the rodeo. I did not know what he was talking about. The second time, he was also just standing by the exit that’s when I realized he was the bathroom person supposed to give you the napkins. He said I know what you’re doing, you’re getting jumped tonight. It was embarrassing and he was saying it all night. I tried to give him a cash tip and he said he didn’t want my singles and threw them back at me. 12/9/23. I spent over 200 dollars to be harassed like this over using the restroom.

It would get no stars…Give the family their $500 back. This is not how “double charges” work.
Went for the pink Christmas pop up shop and it was very beautiful I’ll admit but I’ll never be back. The first bartender was a mess, she even dropped my drink, but I gave her grace because it was opening night. But the younger male bartender in the back bar actively let a white man, twice my friend and I’s age, disrespect us and treat as like we were nothing. We left immediately after, this place doesnt deserve my money if you’re going to be a bystander and just act like we weren’t there.

I truly try avoiding writing bad reviews because every business has bad days. However, it’s really unfortunate to have to go through all of this as a result of celebrating a birthday here in October. There was an issue where we were over charged. AFTER already leaving and paying our bill another charge went through on our account. We spent 2 weeks trying to get in contact with management and another 2 weeks going back and forth. Liore who assisted with setting up the reservation has been extremely helpful and ultimately directed us to the GM.. however still no response. Finally we were able to speak with someone else in management to confirm the events. Their system shows our total and our overpayment. Sadly, our server claims to have given us change $500+ in cash which never happened and she knows that. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Simply reviewing cameras can resolve that but no. In addition the screen shots provided by this business show all different totals and just a mess on their end with no explanation as to why there are different totals documented in their system. Ultimately, we reviewed the itemized receipt and payment transaction history which confirmed we over paid. We are out of at least $500 with no resolution it’s been a month. You call the number on Google press #3 for management and it says invalid. Option #2 is for reservation which I have left numerous voicemails. I was later told the number on google is not correct…The entire situation is very frustrating considering as a whole our group spent close to $5000 celebrating a birthday with this business for subpar service and communication. We are letting our bank take care of it from here. Save yourself some hassle, read the other reviews and take your business else where.
Bounce is garbage. When people ask me what clubs to go to I usually tell them to avoid bounce and I'll recommend other spots to go to and I do it every chance I get and will continue to do so until they're closed permanently. People are probably going to ask what's poppin' tonight and I'll tell them anywhere but Bounce. F that place.

Lost of my wallet here last week and have been calling, messaging and even showing up to the place and they have been no help even looking for it and telling me if its been found.
Very racist. Saw multiple white people go in after us with NO reservation.
