Great food! So delicious and Awesome service. We had two babies with us and the staff took care of us so well. We felt invited and the place was really cute and comfortable. We would definitely visit again.

I don’t like this restaurant

Lincoln Milam

We were seated right away, but took 10 mins to take our drink orders.Food came fast, but was cold.I had the chicken and waffles. I didn't even finish it. Chicken had no seasoning on it and was just warm. The breastvwas dry and hard to swallow. They must've had it pre-cooked and let it sit.The waffle was also just "warm"We tried the corn cakes and same thing...not much seasoning, just a mouthfuls of corn meal with some corn mixed in.It took quite a long time to get coffee refills and, after waiting 15 minutes after our plates were cleared, I had to go give our waitress my card to get/pay for the bill.

Original plan was to go to The Little Goat but there was over an hour wait, Breakfast House became plan B. Turns out it was a great find. The staff works hard to provide fast service so the tables turn over regularly and it was easy to get seated. The menu has a latin flair and all the portions were huge and the food was delicious. Even the coffee was excellent.

I LOVE this place and it is my go to brunch spot. They have the best guava mimosas! And don’t get me started on the chilaquiles - delicious! The manager and staff are always friendly. I will never not go for

This is my go to spot for breakfast on a Saturday morning and it never disappoints. The food, drinks, and service is exceptional. Their pancakes are probably one of the best in Chicago. Dont miss out on the Chilaquiles!

Delicious food, great service, large helpings that are filling but aren't so big you need a box.

Girl at the hostess stand was extremely rude. I came to this restaurant on 2/11 morning and the hostess that was working suggested that we just eat the bar instead of wait for a table. My group told her that we still would like to wait for a table as it was loud in the restaurant and we couldn’t really hear each other at the bar. She left the bar area and after a minute we received a text saying she took us off the waiting list and we no longer were in line for a table. We made it pretty clear twice to this hostess that we wanted a table so it didn’t feel like miscommunication had occurred, it felt like she was being discriminatory after we were polite and clear with her. After she took us off the wait for a table we paid for our drinks and left.

The food was phenomenal. I highly recommend ordering the Chef special Red Velvet Waffle if you're having a sweet tooth. Service was 10/10. We were seated right away with a full house and the staff were nice af. Coming back here very soon.

My daughter and I were looking for breakfast at 2p. Found this restaurant gem. They were close to closing but didn't rush us. Daughters sandwich and my omelet, plus the little squares of roasted potatoes were perfect. Solid bar as well. Daughter got an Italian bitters drink. Solid

This place is perfect for a good, wholesome breakfast! They serve coffee from my favorite roaster in Chicago and our server was beyond friendly! The prices are very reasonable and it is very close to the Red Line.
