Arrogant attitude on the part of the staff, their facilities also lack maintenance, giving them a dirty appearance.

The service was not negative, just not overly positive. Smiles go a long way. But the food was surprising. We were there for lunch and they GREAT stuff on the buffet. It was really good. The selection was incredible. If you like Chinese buffets, you will love this one. Drinks are included. Came to just under 15 bucks per person.

Prices are alot higher Fri-Sun, used to love coming here and will be my last. Food was flavorless, the only thing that actually had flavor was the green beans. Not worth the price. Lost me as a costumer. ??
Everything super good. The only bad thing is that they don't watch the children and they go around grabbing the food with their hands and throwing it back. The parents are guilty.

Two star service since there are waitresses who rush you to eat and get angry if you don't tip

Today, after a long day in downtown Chicago, we did a Google search for a Chinese buffet that was on our return route and found this. We weren't disappointed! A very cheap buffet for what is on offer. Since we are seafood fans, we really got our money's worth! Including dessert with cake, ice cream and coffee.
The toilets were clean, our table too, the staff was nice. The only thing that surprised us was the amount of Styrofoam “dishes” and plastic cutlery. As a German, where plastic is no longer on the market in Germany and is frowned upon, this took a lot of getting used to.
That's why I deduct one star. Otherwise everything was good and can be recommended!

Crazily :)
I came here with a friend and we were really looking forward to it but everything ended up being too plain or just not right. I didn’t know what was what due to some things being mixed up or not having any labels. Some of the food looked dry and some were cold. Fries were really stale. The soda is the only thing I went back for. Cost 29$ for two adults and I don’t think it was worth it. Bathroom floor was sticky and the toilet paper was really thin.

Restaurantji Recommends
China Buffet used to be a better restaurant.
They need to make sure that bathrooms are clean. As the inside out. They need to check these very often.
Like the need to change the restaurant’s carpet.
The food needs to have a better quality.
They need to make sure that containers of food have the right temperature as well.
Hispanic people like me we don’t complain about it, but the owners needs to put attention on this.
Hopefully with my feedback do something about it.

This place is a waste like come on. $25 person for some damn plastic plates and utensils??? And the food selection ain’t even that damn good. Me and my family tired to be optimistic about it but damn does this place suck. Don’t even come here even if it’s last resort. Disgusting.
