This place got me through my masters program, as I would study and complete assignments there after I left work. If you can snatched a window seat, you're set! Staff are always nice. I don't live in the area but def appreciated them letting set anchor there after work rather than spending and hour + in traffic. Their coffee and sandwiches were allways great. Their pastries need a little work, but overall its a great little coffee shop.

Coffee is delicious I love that is my local coffee shop. But it has really fallen off in regards to the customer service. There's been a couple times where I have ordered through the ritual app and I pull up and they're just talking to each other and they're not doing the online orders. The reason why we do the online orders is so we can grab our favorite coffee and leave and sometimes I think they slack off in the front.

The service here is okay , Iāve been to this place hundreds of times but some of the staff just always seem to forget to add an item to my order , Iāve stopped trying to correct them for how often it happens . Other than that this place is great . I love the atmosphere, the bagels are some of my favorite in Chicago and the coffee is always great !

I go here almost every day to buy coffee for the people I take care of, but the service I get from Jack is terrible. He wants to charge me $3 for an empty cup and complains when I āuse too much sugarā. The rest of the staff is great but I donāt understand why Jack would treat me this way. I used to know the owners Tom and Mike and it is sad how Jack treats me. If the people Iām a caretaker for didnāt love the coffee, I would never come back.
