They use a pretty weird ordering system which prioritizes DoorDash and Uber Eats orders, over customers visiting in person. The bagels are good for Chicago but don’t compare to the NYC style bagels I’m used to. Also fairly expensive, it was $27 for 6 loose bagels, a 1/2 lb of cream cheese, and poor service.

Ordered an egg bagel and a side of bacon. My bacon was burnt and the sandwich was unseasoned. Im talking no salt and pepper, nothing. Not worth what they give you for the price, youre better off going somewhere else.

As others say, on a busy morning your order pickup time will say 15 minutes and you'll get there and it'll be over an hour. I did enjoy my bagel though! Very tasty! Note if you're doing pickup for yourself and aren't a delivery person, just order it at the counter when you get there. They prioritize in person orders faster. They should just limit the doordash and make sure the receipt pile stays in the order they were received. Unfortunately they were doing it all out of order so some people waited way longer than others.

Ordered bagel w/ lox in person. After a 25 min wait I was handed a paper bag, went home, opened it, and no lox on the bagel. They added the lettuce, tomatoes, capers, and cream cheese but no salmon. Ended up with a weird salad bagel. Frankly, it's the most expensive item on the menu and I was frustrated. I figured maybe they'll remedy the issue somehow over the phone because I don't live nearby. They don't answer their phone; I called at least 6 times and left two voicemails throughout the day. No answers, no replies, no communication whatsoever. On top of that, the bagel wasn't very good.

This was their second chance. So disappointing both times. Bagel was hard as a rock on top of everything. Woman at counter was really resistant to let me sub cream cheese for cheddar on a breakfast sandwich and kept asking who let me do that last time I was in. She was so worried about being right she also gave me the wrong type of bagel. Ordered sesame. Got salt. It already had bacon on it. It was inedible and I threw the whole thing away after gifting my dog the eggs.

As a uber driver this place is ridiculous working on other peoples orders right in front of me after saying my order is ready. Then proceeded to work on a customers order that came in after while my customers food got cold.

When I tell you we need to boycott this place, thats an understatement. They can't keep getting away with theft. They serve day old bagels to you and are super messy and cold, then want to charge an arm and a leg. Please stop going here. I wonder when they cared about the product instead of just the money
