This location is extraordinarily efficient, friendly and thoughtful. I work in the building and frequently eat here a couple times a week. Top tier service, top tier environment. They will actually remember your name order and even ask how your weekend was remembering what you said last week. You can’t buy service like that anymore. Absolutely recommend.

Not only quality and delicious food, but a team that takes pride into preparation and professionalism. The staff at Brown Bag Seafood Co in Willis Tower always has a smile on their faces and a can-do attitude while serving up delicious originals with flavor and seasoning :) I will be back soon!

I order from Brown Bag Seafood Company frequently and the food is always fresh, delicious, and consistently excellent. The staff is fantastic too, often adding small touches like smiley faces on the packaging or a candy inside, which always makes the meal feel extra thoughtful.

Yesterday, I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location. When I went downstairs to pick it up, I realized my mistake. Instead of leaving me stranded or out $15, the staff immediately stepped in. They prepared my meal on the spot, free of charge, and even said they would call the other location to let them know I wouldn’t be picking it up. That kind of service—going above and beyond for a customer’s mistake—is rare. They not only make great food, but they take care of their customers. I’ll continue to look forward to my lunches here.

Brown Bag Seafood is one of my favorite places to eat out. It’s an excellent blend of great taste and healthy food. This location does not disappoint. With its convenient location and great menu, it’s a great option for lunch or that dinner on the way home from work.

The food is awful, the taste is bitter, and even white rice tastes that some cheap oil or fat was added to it. Was for the first time in Chicago and just went to this place being influenced by their website. The pictures of their food looks good but the taste is so bad. Will never go to this place again. This is an example of cheap mass junk food for people who are desperate for some bites on the go.
