I enjoyed my food, and the service was outstanding. I ordered the fried catfish, accompanied by two sides: macaroni and cheese and yams. Everything was delicious. If I'm ever in the area again, I most definitely would stop by. My order was to-go; however, there was a person eating inside.
We found this restaurant by Google search. We had never been there and thought we would eat inside. However, they cater more to carry out although there is spaces to eat. There were a lot of people in and out so we had a good inclination that the food would be good. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food portions were very generous and the prices were fair. I had the smothered turkey wings, mac & cheese and greens. Anytime you get mac & cheese right...
Delicious home cooked soul food, everything was delicious, the restaurant very clean even the bathroom, I will definitely go back and I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends, I had smothered turkey wing and dressing with the collard greens, Pam is so friendly and very professional, this restaurant is a gem on the westside of Chicago
