This was my first visit to Bryn Mawr Breakfast Club. At 9:00 a.m. is was wonderfully quiet for a Sunday morning. A table was ready. The menu had many wonderful things to choose from. My French Peasant Quiche was filled with leeks and shallots...very hardy.

FOR LARGE GROUPS BEWARE! The restaurant does not do separate checks and will only split the bill between two credit cards. Bring cash! Nothing spoils a meal.more than having to jump through hoops to pay.

Parking: We were at the Belmont Avenue location. Side streets need parling stickers to park on.

Waaaaay too over priced for a basic breakfast. Very disappointing the nickel and dime you for everything. Will never be back.

Belmont location
I gave a one star rating for the food not because it isn’t delicious but because it’s always served cold. The first time we thought it was just a fluke. We gave it two additional tries and again the food was cold and coffee was room temperature.
It saddens me to give this review as we have been long time customers of the original location which is unbelievably fantastic. Sadly, we will no longer come to the Belmont location.

My family has been to Belmont location 3 times in last 2 months with exact same experience (cold food & coffee). Although we like to see steam coming from coffee and see cheese in food to be melted, we would be ok if food & coffee were at least lukewarm, but they were cold in each visit. Also, rancid oil was used for all our fried food. For many years, we used to travel from suburbs to Bryn Mawr location but were disappointed in our last visit and decided to try the Belmont location which was worse. Unfortunately, every good thing comes to an end and Bryn Mawr like many other restaurants has changed after a few years of success in order to maximize profits.

Food and drinks were all great. Our server was very nice, but the hostess kept sweeping around and we felt rushed to leave, even though it was slow. I wasn't fond of that. Unfortunately, she ruined it for us, but the food and drinks were great and well-priced and our server was very kind.

We came because ww saw this palco has 4.6 starts, honestly we don't think this place honors that 4.6;
1) food doesn't came the way we asked it,
2)when the bill came there was already a 20% tip included for us 4, but they never advised, so at the moment you receive the bill, because careful and read it, because they will recommend- request that you to tip again.

We won't be back...

Food is good but the service is not good, the waitress was pushing us out,
I didn't finish my food and asked if I need a box to go,
She brought me the ticket to pay and I wasn't finish, after that she didn't give me more coffee. Bad service...

Ambiance is all this place has going for it. Food stupid priced for very poor quality. There are plenty of other lovely breakfast joints in the area that breakfast way harder than they can on all levels. I’d only suggest this place to my ex-husband.

Bryn Mawr Breakfast Club has been a staple in the neighborhood, offering a dependable brunch and lunch experience that keeps regulars like myself coming back for years. The ambiance is charming and warm, with a rustic yet eclectic decor that evokes a cozy, homey feeling. The collection of knick-knacks and vintage-inspired decor provides an inviting space that complements the food nicely.

The quality of the food here is consistently good, which is one of the main reasons why I continue to return. Dishes like the breakfast burrito and smoked salmon are always well-prepared, fresh, and flavorful. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty meal or something lighter, their menu provides a solid range of options. The ingredients feel thoughtfully selected, and there's a level of care that goes into every plate, from the presentation to the portion sizes.

However, despite the consistent quality, the menu can start to feel a bit repetitive. While the staples are undoubtedly great, I find myself wishing for more variety over time. It would be fantastic to see new seasonal items or rotating specials that push the boundaries of what’s currently offered. A refreshed menu with a few creative twists could really elevate the dining experience for loyal patrons who have been frequenting the spot for years.

One area where Bryn Mawr Breakfast Club could really enhance the experience is their drink menu. While the focus is understandably on the food, the selection of crafted cocktails is somewhat limited and not original . Expanding the variety of cocktails, and even experimenting with some brunch-specific craft drinks, would be a great way to draw in both new customers and offer something fresh for long-time diners.

The service is always friendly and attentive. The staff are quick to accommodate requests, and the overall dining experience is pleasant and efficient. Even during busy brunch hours, the wait times are reasonable, and the flow of the service feels smooth. The care put into the customer experience is apparent and appreciated.

Bryn Mawr Breakfast Club is undoubtedly one of my favorite go-to spots for brunch, thanks to its welcoming atmosphere and consistently high-quality food. However, after many years of loyal visits, I would love to see a little more creativity infused into the menu, both with the food offerings and the drink selection. New specials and a more robust cocktail menu could make this neighborhood gem feel as exciting as it did when I first discovered it. Until then, it remains a reliable choice for a comfortable and satisfying meal.

Food was great but honestly the pricing significantly more expensive than other diners nearby. Not worth it for me, but make up your own mind by going in.
