It was clear when I stopped in that the restaurant was a bit short staffed, but that did not affect the caliber of service we received. Our server Jasmine was amazing, and her and the rest of the staff were on point! Thank you all so much!

Busy location with late hours. Shot outs to Danny He was able to accommodate late on a busy night and managed to be attentive at all times. Food came out pretty fast as well and the drinks were tasty.

The wings are so small. The smallest I have ever seen. My thumb has more meat than this. Nd for over $30. This is insane. I mean I’m not expecting a chicken on steroids, but damn don’t feed me the chicken right after it hatches. Literally the picture does not do it justice. This were so small.

I’ve been a frequent at BWWs for quite a while and the usual complaints about service and quality pop up often but not at this location. Jaice was absolutely phenomenal and if you ever visit, definitely ask to see if he’s working. He gave us genuinely the best service I’ve ever had at a BWW location!

So disappointed, they forgot to send my fries, the boneless chicken wings were old and so hard, I couldn't eat them. And the celery was old and slimy 🤮🤮🤮 Such a waste of my money. So sad.

When we arrived at the door nobody was there. Mind you there was another couple waiting for 15mins watching him talk to other people on the floor. so we sat ourselves down and the acting manager told us get out the table and go wait by the door we get up and walked back to the door he sat down the previous couple then said come on and sat us back at the same table he just told us to get out off.. he was rude and I know we won't be coming back here again . And I posted on Facebook. And there are people waiting to be seated at the door what a shame .
Very good place, the food is good but the problem is the people who are serving, I have already been sitting for an hour and they don't get to ask what I want, they should improve customer service

I recently visited B-Dubs, and while the food was good, the service was absolutely terrible. I waited 20 minutes just to get a drink, and when I finally did, it was clear that the staff wasn’t attentive. The young girl who served me had a poor attitude, making the experience even more frustrating. I even had to get out of my chair and approach her to place my food order, which is something I’ve never had to do before at a restaurant. It's a shame because the food itself was fine, but the lack of service really soured the experience. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

It’s cliche to say I’d give this place zero stars, if it was possible, but in this case, I wish I could. We were seated at a sticky table. We ordered our food and drinks together. The soft drinks came out five minutes later and I ordered a beer which came out 10 minutes after the soft drinks. We ordered two entrées and a kids meal. The entrées were served with cold fries, the kids meal did not come out five minutes after waiting we asked the server and he kind of blew us off after 10 minutes of waiting for our son‘s meal to come out. We asked the server again And he snapped at us. after that, we just got up and walked out. We will never return again.

Me and my husband stood at the door for about 6 minutes while some girl with a nasty attitude sat there staring at us and then while we where eating a family decided to sit there self because of the negligence the staff was giving them the same girl with the nasty attitude came up to there table yelling at them about “i seen you guys and you sat yourself” and continuing yelling at them when they got a manager she came back and continued to yell at the family, that is so embarrassing for the restaurant and she should be ashamed of herself for yelling at guest period hopefully she gets fired for the disrespect of her guest !!!
