Tonite we decided to dine here with a family of six , four adults and two kids whom are six years of age. Greeted by this young gentleman who proceeded to ask if we wanted to sit at the high tables , when we opted for regular dining seat and table due to not wanting the kids to fall off these high tables and chairs this guy / greeter rolled his eyes and flicked the menus along with his eyes 🙄. I wasn’t the only one who saw his reaction, all of the adults saw his poor reaction just because we wanted to be seated at regular tables. Come to find out he rolled his eyes because he had to pushed two tables together, or maybe 🤔 he had to do all the cleaning. Management need to look into that fella. Food was ordered , it sure do take up to 45 minutes almost an hour for some fried wings I mean almost everything was fried and two burgers, traditional wings done lost all its heat perhaps they were waiting for other food to be cooked and brought all together to the table. Maybe 🤔 they should bring up the wings as soon as it’s done and not let it sit there 10-20 mins or how ever long for burgers to be cooked. We ate, tipped 20dollars in cash to poor elder gentleman whom took our orders and serve our food to us. We didn’t want to leave a credit card tip especially for Mr eye rolling 🙄 attitude. This last visit definitely reminded me why I don’t go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Horrible experience to be honest.

TBH the wait for the wings was too long . & the waitress only checked on us like twice, she also gave us the wrong sauce. We had to keep asking other waiters for whatever we needed. The food was good just wish the service was a bit better.

It was clear when I stopped in that the restaurant was a bit short staffed, but that did not affect the caliber of service we received. Our server Jasmine was amazing, and her and the rest of the staff were on point! Thank you all so much!

Busy location with late hours. Shot outs to Danny He was able to accommodate late on a busy night and managed to be attentive at all times. Food came out pretty fast as well and the drinks were tasty.

The wings are so small. The smallest I have ever seen. My thumb has more meat than this. Nd for over $30. This is insane. I mean I’m not expecting a chicken on steroids, but damn don’t feed me the chicken right after it hatches. Literally the picture does not do it justice. This were so small.

I’ve been a frequent at BWWs for quite a while and the usual complaints about service and quality pop up often but not at this location. Jaice was absolutely phenomenal and if you ever visit, definitely ask to see if he’s working. He gave us genuinely the best service I’ve ever had at a BWW location!

So disappointed, they forgot to send my fries, the boneless chicken wings were old and so hard, I couldn't eat them. And the celery was old and slimy 🤮🤮🤮 Such a waste of my money. So sad.
George the manager took really good care of us! First time here and felt like I’m at home already. Jd the bartender is very friendly and 100% recommend! Thanks guys

When we arrived at the door nobody was there. Mind you there was another couple waiting for 15mins watching him talk to other people on the floor. so we sat ourselves down and the acting manager told us get out the table and go wait by the door we get up and walked back to the door he sat down the previous couple then said come on and sat us back at the same table he just told us to get out off.. he was rude and I know we won't be coming back here again . And I posted on Facebook. And there are people waiting to be seated at the door what a shame .
The bartender did a phenomenal job with the strawberry lemon drop & pineapple mojito. Food & service was quick & friendly!

I recently visited B-Dubs, and while the food was good, the service was absolutely terrible. I waited 20 minutes just to get a drink, and when I finally did, it was clear that the staff wasn’t attentive. The young girl who served me had a poor attitude, making the experience even more frustrating. I even had to get out of my chair and approach her to place my food order, which is something I’ve never had to do before at a restaurant. It's a shame because the food itself was fine, but the lack of service really soured the experience. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
