Very Disappointing my order is wrong. I live 7 min away and everything I ordered was cold, nasty, dry, stale fries that I did not order. Wedges taste like they were cooked in old grease. Then I called the location twice and the machine said no one was available. I just got off work from a 12 hr shift and I'm starving and I wasted my money on this place never again and I will be spreading the word. Wish I could give it a zero but this is the only way you can write a review. Just Sad and it shows the staff doesn't care at all.

The worse buffalo wild wings I ever been too. The workers are so damn rude and unprofessional. Than they slow as hell! Literally EVERY TIME I come in this place it’s a 40 min plus long wait!

If I could give a 100/10 I would!! This was my first time going to Buffalo Wild Wings, and it was an amazing experience. Today was my birthday and I expected to only get 6 wings which is what they do for a freebie. When I opened the bag I saw fries, a cookie, and 12 wings! I was so happy, shout out to the staff, we love you guys!! I was so surprised and thankful because a lot of places that I went to didn’t give me any bday freebies. The reviews are not honest at all, I will remember you guys forever, the thought that counts!! P.S. thank you for feeding me and my dad❤️🧁🎉🎂

I ordered Christmas Eve night at 1am. This location sent undercooked/raw chicken sandwich via DoorDash and half a container of tater tots (which cost $4.09 + tax to barely cover the bottom, literally 13 small tots).
Yeah having food poisoning on Christmas sucks! I didn’t notice the chicken was undercooked until halfway done with it. I stopped eating it and an hour or so later I was puking like crazy. Plus the small portion of tater tots. A complete waste of money and I’m sick! Negligent workers!
Poor customer service. Tall curly headed person behind the counter was rude. Refused to provide name as he tossed my order on the counter yet did not provide me my fountain cup drink.

Delivery sat for an hour. Customer service was horrid when I called the store and they sent the wrong food. They offered a refund and I doubt its actually going to come through as the lady I talked to took down zero information and claimed she couldn't find my order.

I wanna say how great staff was and respectfull. They were so generous to a homeless man and didn’t treat him poorly and fed him. It was heart touching. Food was fresh and great. Dario was such a great person.
