This place is a monstrosity. BWW in general has gone down hill but this location might be the worst of them all. I ordered takeout from them months ago and they forgot half of my order. I decided to order again on Super Bowl Sunday. We ordered 20 boneless wings, a burger, fries, and fried pickles. Tell me how the wings were not delivered? They are careless and sloppy. Horrendous customer service.
