Terrible experience. Zero help or support. I had a problem with my order and they never answered the phone, and the next day they simply said they couldn't help me. What a lack of professionalism.

I sent one of my customers to this location since I work locally and he said it was his first time having Buffalo Wild Wings and didn’t mind trying it for the first time. The establishment I work at is right across the street from Buffalo Wild Wings. The customer ordered the wings came back to the establishment for 5 minutes and then he picks up the food. The food was cold and tasted like they were not freshly fried. My customer came back to complain and the woman working at the counter said he walked out a long time ago. That’s not possible if they walked right across the street and came right back when they realized their wings were cold. They lied to my customer and were very unprofessional. I will not be referring anyone there again and I myself will not be going there.

The reviews originally had me scared to come here but honestly I took a chance and it’s one of the best BWW up north! I’m from the southside so it’s hard to find good food up here but this one was awesome customer service was great food was so fresh and delicious I appreciate the staff and the cook

This place is trash. They just don’t care. Specifically called him to make sure that my wings would be extra wet. They confirmed and then gave me wings that were dry. They barely tossed these in any sauce at all. Waste of more than $20

First time here and the last time. Gave me two boxes of fries but no wings! They tried to fix it, gave me the wings but the wrong flavor.....I just gave up at that point and left disappointed.
Ill give the service 0 stars over and over again. Ive just called 4 times not a answer! Customer service is horrible ive called and spoke with the manager of the store about the behavior food being wrong saggy. Or poor behavior from the staff. They dont answer the phone. Ill be calling another 7 times. If i get a answer ill it be put back on hold to never be picked back up!

Took a half hour for an order. Took 20 mins for an employee to realize my brother was standing by register for someone to take his order. Will never go here again.
The beautiful black girl working today at 1pm was amazing! I hate I didn't get her name. But very nice, great customer service, definitely deserves a promotion!!! Keep up the amazing attitude ✅

Chicken and fries were oversalted. I always had to dip it in either ranch or blue cheese just to mask the salt. Please stop oversalting the food

Nicole left me on hold when I called in for my order. Made me not even want to order. Thats not good customer service. You don't leave customers waiting like that. At the very least check back in.
walked in at 4:16 was told my food was supposed to be ready at 4:20. received food at 4:25. cold? how? lol.

Outstanding phone call. Yes I said it; a phone call at a wingshop. This amazing person by the name of NICOLE gave me an option to save money. Idc who you are if you go out of your way on a personal level to save someone money via food or anything you deserve 10 stars in my book. Thanks Nicole.
