Normally I try to only leave positive reviews but this place is just begging for a negative review. Between the horrible professionalism with the front counter staff and The quality of food . It’s a shame this is what has replaced bakers square . You’re not treated as a customer but rather a person just interrupting the staffs personal time .Save your money , time and self respect and go else where .

My order came with two HALF filled sauces for 15 wings. They didn't give me my fries in my to go order. An employee with orange hair/beard SLAMMED my food down as if to throw it at me. Super rude. By far the rudest experience I've had while ordering food. 0/5.

We ordered 30 wings and received 22. We went back to the store to let them know and they told my husband to bring back the bones because they didn't believe him. He thought they were joking, but they were serious. He decided to do it because it was so ridiculous that they wouldn't just apologize. He brought back the bones, told them that he didn't care about the missing 9 (it turns out they only gave us 21) and he wouldn't wait there while they counted our chewed up bones. They proceeded to be rude and when he was on his way out another worker came out and told him to "take your trash". He told them that they asked him to bring them in so they can deal with the trash. He then let them know we would be writing a review and reaching out to corporate. On his way out the orginal worker said "I don't give a fuck." We will never be going back to this store.

Gen or Jen call herself the manager of this placeI called to make an order for pick up. A lady answered the phone As I proceed to tell her what I wanted (20 pieces traditional wings ) she automatically said if your order if over $30 we will send you a link you have to pay before we will make your food I said since when did this policy start because I order all the time from this company not same location and I even order today and I paid when I came to pick up and she said “DO YOU WANT THE FOOD OR NOT “ and I said what ? What’s your name and she hung up on meFirst of all why are you hanging up on me I just wanted food. Not talk to an angry person that didn’t want to work If you don’t want to take phone orders. Move out of the day so the company can hire others that wants to work and I drove there to ask for a manager and I was told she was the manager I don’t know how she managed to be a manager with this type of customer service

Hours are lies. They don’t close for 30 minutes according to the website. But they locked me out in the time it took me to park in front and ignored me at the door.

One of the worst experiences. Ordered 3 times from this location. Everytime they missed an item, or made it incorrectly. The workers are very rude, and almost like they don’t want to work. Since they messed up my order they informed me the next day that I was supposed to call on the day they incorrectly made my food and tell them. Never again, would strongly advice you to just make the trip to the village crossing bdubs

Had lunch once in this store, the food was really good and the customer service was pretty bad. Lately, we've been ordering in and twice in a row now, the soda I ordered weren't in the bag, tonight he said, "call the store" and just dismissed me when I asked about it. While the delivery service is doordash and they have poor service and attitudes, I've also experienced poor service directly at the store. Since I've now been ripped off for 2 sodas, I have no plans to go back. IF I ever order from this place again, I will never pay the tip in advance, cash only if my drink is there. They want me to download the app or become a Blazin' member, I don't think so:) While the service is bad, the food seems to have gone downhill over time as well.

Disappointing. Even if you pick up,wings are cold. Staff slow and lazy, no sense of customer service or urgency. Corporate needs to make a trip to this location and TRAIN the staff, and presumably change managers before it closes down. Was looking forward to their opening but after all this time they've been open, tried them 3 times hoping theyd change after so many negative reviews...NEVER AGAIN.

Best BW3s to go I’ve had in a while. My wings were good and the fries were better. The employees I’ve seen here in the past are always busting their butts and have always been super nice and quick whenever I’ve been in here.
