I came in on 6/15. Whoever was working that register, customer service skills were superb. Very nice gentleman and my food was fresh, cooked as I asked and I sat in the parking lot eating half of it.. lol usually I eat one and be on my way but it was good. Anyway, keep up the good work! Came in to order my boyfriend some food. Order was taken by a nice young man. However, upon sitting down and chilling waiting for the food to be made, we observed the gentleman in the photos wearing no gloves, talking on the phone and touching food being prepared on the line. Dude didn't wash his hands once and he wiped his hands on his pants and touched food and a knife again. Incredibly unhygienic and very bad practice of cleanliness and not cross contaminating. This experience and observing the gentleman work the line showed that food safety is not a priority here and that is completely not okay.

Decided to give this place a try after seeing it for a while. I really should’ve looked up reviews before I wasted my money because everything was just awful. Also, they won’t let you use the bathroom so if you’re waiting for your food you will have to walk elsewhere hoping someone else will let you use theirs. Don’t be like me and waste your time and money. Just don’t order from here. There’s at least two wing stops within minutes from here! I’m sure jewel osco’s wings and potato wedges are better than this buffalo wild wings
Came in last night around 8:30pm to place an order and to come back at 9pm. The customer service was very horrendous and abysmal.
Two of the workers, serving the front counters were extremely rude and so unprofessional. Treated the delivery drivers like utter garbage.
When I got my order, I was missing my two side one carrots and the other celery and my 6 cups of ranch.
The 15 boneless wings were a bit tiny and I got little nugs which were not even full boneless wings. The classic wings were fine but the boneless wings were just so tiny.
I waited 6 minutes at the front counter but everyone was in the back kitchen playing loud ghetto music and we’re too busy talking amongst themselves.
Finally someone did show up and gave me a paper bag with veggies and dips but half of those were blue cheese……. I was so annoyed at this point.
I will not be coming back here and will be filling up with a corporate complaint.
Not worth the $47 I paid for an online pick up.

I'm a fan of the junky food. Some of the flavors on fresh wings can genuinely be good. And their in-house ranch is bomb (NOT the prepackaged green ones). The flavor varieties are what sells it.
