Absolutely not worth it. Stood at the front waiting to have my order taken for 30mins, there was only one other person in front of me. Then only to have my wings with about a tablespoon of sauce spread over them. Showed it to the guy working and he said I'd have to pay extra for more sauce. Not worth the wait, not worth the price, just go to Subway or Panera next door.

There is nobody ever working the front desk.This time I happened to watch multiple delivery drivers walk out and cancel their orders seeing as they weren’t making any money waiting inside forever.Dining room and floors aren’t clean. Would rate less than 1 star if I could.

I ordered a 10 piece boneless the box was so soggy the food was cold and too hard to chew. I spent $25 to not be able to take one bit of my food I do not recommend I could have went somewhere better for $25 .

First time I ordered I didn't get any of my blue cheese or carrots and celery that I paid extra for. Most recent order, my buffalo wings didn't have any sauce on them. What's the point of tipping on a pick-up order if even the basic stuff can't be done right? Wish I took photos of my dry af buffalo

SMH this is a first and last for me. I wasn’t so mad about literally my whole order being incorrect, I get it we all make mistakes, more so I was upset with the phone call I had with the manager whom before giving me my refund wanted to argue about her packing up the order herself and pretty much calling me a liar and insinuating I was trying to get my food for free. So I grabbed the food and took it to the restaurant to humble her pride a bit. Whoever hired the managers you’ve got to do a better job in who you hire to run this place. Maybe just promote the very polite employee that was actually sorry about the situation.If y’all want Buffalo Wild Wings go I recommend traveling to the one on Touhy and western, that location never disappoints.
This place is so damn disrespectful it's ashame, I just witness an employee refuse to give the delivery driver his order because he put the rest rooms were closed to customers. They have a bad attitude here if it was up to me I'll replace the whole crew. Been here for over 10 minutes and still haven't placed my order because people are busy walking around talking to each other interested of helping the customers. I suggest you go else where thumbs down ?? for this place. And the employees are stealing money I ordered food they gave me one set price and the receipt said $0.00 then I seen them take money out the register.

The customer service is the worst I’ve ever, They gave us half of the fries order, when we ordered ranch sides they only gave us one and in the bag they had put 3 for 30 wings. When we asked for more ranch the worker looked at us ugly and when it came to ordering the attitude it was the
