I obtained a catering menu from the mcclurg court location and placed an order for two entrées and a salad for 10 people. The menu clearly states it is $15.99 per person. I was charged $17.95 per person. I asked why there was a discrepancy and they told me that the prices were higher at this location. No transparency. Ask before they charge you.

This place has gone down the gutter. Been a loyal customer for a long time but difficult to justify continuing to choose Buona when there are consistent issues with my delivery orders. I say no tomatoes on a salad, there's tomatoes. I look for the piece of bread with my salad. No bread. I understand these seem minor, but when there's competition that is way better, it's an easy decision to choose differently moving forward. Why has the quality gone down??????

Being a fan of the TV show The Bear, I was determined to try an authentic Italian Beef sandwich while in Chicago. It did not dissapoint! I don't typically order sandwiches, but this one was possibly the best sandwich I've ever had!

Terrible organization. Every thing is an upsell. Hot peppers are extra? Are you kidding me? They also go out of their way to not give you rewards points. Heaven forbid I get enough points to maybe get a free fry in the future. The beef is good but I should be treated as a valued customer. I’ll get beef at one of the other hundred beef places in the city.
