Okay so I hate complaining I've never had an issue with their beef sandwiches but I ordered rigatoni and they didn't give me my meatballs the lady did give me a credit when I called her. Or is supposed to be sending one to my phone. The fettuccine Alfredo I asked for crispy chicken on top of it and all they did is cut up their gross tenders and put it on top. For almost $30 I am very disappointed in their pasta dishes. I knew I should have just gone to like the Olive garden or noodles & company. But I just decided to give it a try definitely a waste of money I feel very disappointed right now

My very 1st time trying Buona and I tell you it was very good and fresh. I really didn't care for the French fries because they had crisp taste to them like a light batter. But let me tell you the beef was very delicious. Yes I recommend this place.

I purchased at Italian beef and sausage combo the beef was shredded like it was at the bottom of the pot and the sausage was burnt. That's almost $20 for a sandwich that was in edible

Last few visits this location is terrible at getting your order correct. You shouldn't have to take all the food out the bag open it up and check it yourself but looks like that's what's gonna have to happen if I ever go back in here. Check your order and make sure it's correct is all I have to say.👎🏾

I am a regular here at this location and tonight I received horrible service. I spent $41 only to get home and my food was not what I ordered. The manager has horrible customer service and needs to take a class on how to provide customer service. They have too many young people working there who either can’t understand English and that’s the reason why orders are taken incorrectly and customers are given the wrong food. The General Manger stated he will give me a credit only to give me my money back for one sandwich when I had two sandwiches made incorrectly. I will never visit this location ever again. When going to this restaurant make sure your food is made correctly or you will be disappointed when you get home. I asked the young lady three times was my order right and she stated yes only for me to get home and it wasn’t. Horrible all the way around at this location tonight.😡😡😡😡
