I won a free beef sandwich from Bar Bingo. Took a ride to get a beef. I see these are normally 8 dollarish.... I asked for dipped/wet. Was able to get a topping I choose giardiniera. Drove home to eat it.
Pros It was very hot and I drove about 10 minutes love that fact usually places are cold within 3 minutes.
Was very wet, had a healthy amount of ingredients for what were working with.
Cons It was kind of small especially if your charging 8 dollars. My normal beef place has enormous beef sandwiches for the same price. Not here to promote so ill keep it at that
The beef tasted a little off just kinda meh not fresh tasting.
3 stars is generous but it wasn't horrible. IDK was expecting a much bigger beef sandwich. Appreciate the coupon though. Staff was very very friendly from phone to store!

Went in today and was taken care of very well. The manager Norma and her staff were very helpful and made sure we were taken care of during our dining experience.
I ordered a side of fries with my beef and they forgot them with my order. When I told the manager NORMA they forgot them she threw them on my table and walked away. No sorry or anything. I felt very disrespected and her demeanor was very unprofessional. Never want to eat there again. She also did not have gloves on while serving my food and had dirty long fake nails.

I frequent this location near 106th and 107th Western, and rarely have a problem and always enjoy the food. I wanted to give a special shout out to employee, KAYLAH. She had dark hair, wore pretty lipstick, and long nails with pink nail-polish.
I was going through the drive thru, ordered my food, and when it came time to pay unfortunately I was $3 short on my card. I offered to go and make a quick deposit at my bank and come back, however, Kaylah remembered my face and kindly let it go because I had been a good customer to her in the past. That totally made my evening, because I had a small financial road bump and thought I had enough on my card, but Kaylah graciously had empathy and gave me grace on the hard (and embarrassing) day. I will definitely be coming back to Buona for the excellent and kind service, because it’s so rare to find kind hearts like that in the service industry. It’s a hard and at times a very soul-sucking job (speaking from experience). Yet Kaylah showing grace despite my setback shows a good soul that’s worth fighting for during hard times. Thank you, Kaylah for your generosity!

Today I visited Buona Beef on Western for a Delicious sit down meal. I was two of my rewards for a Large Beef with Cheddar that was Baptized, but I love it when it’s Baptized for 10 to 15 seconds for the extra juicy texture and lastly a regular fry.
The staff were highly respectful and it made rejoice to knowing I could have a meal in peace without being harassed or judged by others.
Thank you for sharing happiness and peace with me including comfort and safety.
